Democratic National Convention, Denver, Colorado, August 25 to 28

Overview
Thank you for your interest in our activities at the upcoming Democratic National
Convention in Denver this August to honor the New Democrat Coalition. We will have a
significant presence during the Convention and we will host a variety of events to celebrate
and network with others, as well as to encourage the serious exchange of ideas on trade,
innovation, competitiveness and the future of politics in America.
All Convention Patrons and Sponsors will be invited to join the Center Stage Convention
Working Group that will meet on a monthly basis to ensure that our activities are well suited
to the needs of our guests. Note that we have already made one quick trip to Denver for
the Center Stage supporters to help our supporters become more comfortable with the Mile
High city, to get a better sense of the venues and logistics, and to watch the Rockies play a
great gameand if there is enough interest, we might plan another escape in mid-summer.
Sponsorship Packages
We are seeking sponsorship of our events and activities at the Convention and we hope you
will support our efforts. A general description of proposed benefits and special sponsorship
packages is attached.
PLEASE NOTE: The attached information will provide a sense of our plans for the
convention week, but by no means is a final schedule; we will work up to August to hone
the weeks activities to ensure the greatest possible presence.

Contributions or gifts to HM&C Center Stage, LLC, are not deductible as charitable
contributions for federal income tax purposes. They are not subject to federal or state
election law limits. It may receive donations from individuals or from corporations, unions
or other sources. Center Stage is a for-profit event sponsor that neither employs nor retains
lobbyists.

Center Stage At Coors Field
Sunday Afternoon, August 24, 1:05pm, Coors Field
We will have a large Center Stage Party Suite to gather with our sponsors as we kick off
the week and watch the 2007 National League Champion Colorado Rockies play ball
against the Cincinnati Reds in the great Denver stadium.
Center Stage Roundtable Forum on Competitiveness and Innovation
Monday Afternoon, August 25, 2:00 to 4:00pm (subject to change)
We will host an issue forum featuring senior executives and CEOs open to all Convention
participants, with reserved seating for our Convention Patrons and Sponsors. The forum
will focus on relevant topics of the day and will feature CEOs, leaders, and experts from
the field. Because learning is always a two-way street, the format will be geared
towards discussion and exchange.
Center Stage Celebration: Honoring the New Democrat Coalition
Tuesday evening, August 26, 9:00pm to 2:00am
We will host this major event at the Wynkoop Brewing Company in lower downtown
Denver and it is sure to be one of the best parties of the week. This Tuesday night event
will bring together hundreds of supporters and leaders for a wonderful evening with
great music.
* Note we will provide credentials for access to the VIP area for our strongest
supporters.
Center Stage at Union Station: All Aboard
Wednesday, August 27, 3:00 to 5:00pm
We will host this afternoon gathering on the wonderful BNSF railroad cars at Denvers
Union Stationlocated in the middle of lower downtown. This will be a fun opportunity
to gather mid-week for drinks and a chance to connect with everyone before the
Convention proceedings begin just down the street at the Pepsi Center.
Center Stage VIP Jazz Brunch honoring the New Democrat Coalition
Thursday, August 28, 10:30am to Noon
We will host a jazz brunch on Thursday morning for our sponsors to gather and connect
with leaders and others who have helped ensure the success of our activities in Denver.
