2011 Oct 06/07/2012. Interim Assistant Warehouse Manager/Logistics. DHM Aliaxis Ltd Lenham.

Warehouse and logistics for DHM (previous Marley Sanitary/Plumbing) for 2 warehouses, manufacture of extrudate and fittings. Aliaxis
has centralized 3 suppliers of Durapipe, Hunter, Marley in the UK and also the buyouts within Europe in France.

Safe working systems including housekeeping H&S energy/waste criteria Chair SHEQ for area Logistics.

Price Brothers (UK) Ltd provides engineering services to the water industry, the design and manufacture of pre-stressed concrete
cylinder pipe, the planning and design of pipeline systems and engineering and consultancy services on water projects worldwide. One
such project is the Great Man Made River Project in Libya. From 1,000 wells deep in the Sahara desert, fresh water is piped to the
coastal cities of Tripoli, Sirt and Benghazi through pre-stressed concrete cylinder pipe.

Key Achievements:

Reducing the use of spares (dead stock) by $5m
Reducing warehoused stock by $11 million from 22 mill to $11 million.
Successfully overcoming objections to unused stock disposal
Establishing a strong rapport to ensure a good working relationship between the Libyan and Korean teams and using
diplomacy skills, especially where procurement was concerned
