The Toshiba Super Multi Modular System Air-conditioner/s supplied to you has/have been
installed, tested, commissioned and has/have been handed over to you for your use.
Toshiba Warrant this Toshiba Super Multi Modular System Room Air Conditioner to the
original purchaser to be free from defects in Material and workmanship under normal use and
services and under specified voltage conditions and we shall, within two years from the date
hereof, repair or replace without cost to the original purchaser any parts or portion thereof,
which shall be returned to us, transportation charges prepaid and which our inspection shall
show to be thus defective. Plastic parts beyond the date of delivery fuses, and other
expendable items are excluded from this warranty.

3. We shall provide four, free, evenly spaced, routine inspection and servicing of the machines, as
per company’s standards within the warranty period.
4. We shall attend to all breakdown calls, do trouble-shooting and set the machine right.
5. We shall provide free replacement of spare parts to customer, which is required for smooth
functioning of machine and also, charging of refrigerant, if required.
7. If Toshiba finds defective equipment and parts thereof as tampered, altered or mutilated the
same will not be accepted for free replacements.
8. Warranty parts will be replaced on dealer’s submission of defective parts, Field Failure reports
with full details of customer, address, phone number & machine serial no, service reports duly
filled up & singed by the customer and preferably with Invoice copy, wherever possible. Field
failure reports without machine serial number and customer signature cannot be accepted.
9. The warranty does not cover plastic components, sheet metal work consumables and those
parts, which fail due to wear and tear.
10. Damage due to acts of God or due to willful destructions are excluded.
11. Warranty would be void if the products are not used in line with the recommended usage or for
a wrong application. The warranty will be void if the equipment is not run within the voltage and
frequency tolerances of the equipment.
12. The warranty is not valid, in case the serial number is found to be defaced or altered.
13. The warranty does not include any consequential or resulting liability or loss arising from such
defects. The warranty is no case, shall extend to the payment or any monetary consideration
whatsoever of the replacement or return of the machine as a whole.
14. The warranty is not valid if the service / repair or shifting of the machine is carried out by a
person not authorized by Toshiba.
For removing any material from the site you are requested to ensure that the person is
carrying proper authority letter issued by us on our company letterhead.
While bringing in any material to you premises, kindly acknowledge the delivery chalan on
duplicate.
