Introduction

The purpose of this project is to develop a Billing system for Maharashtra State
Electricity Board through A-Square Data Solutions.

Brief Description

Maharashtra State Electricity Board is looking for an application which generates

duplicate bills & receipts from the collection centers situated at different locations.
This application would be creating one flat text file on per day basis. At the close of
the day all the data from flat text file will be inserted in to a database

Collection Center Module

Here only two operations will be performed and they are as follows

a. Receipt Generation

b. Duplicate Bill Generation

This module will have time bounding & it would be the client end. No data will be
modified from this end.

Sub Division Module

This module will deal with reports mainly. Again no updates are allowed at this end
also. Reports like Disconnection reports, Daily collection report with summary,
Monthly collection summary etc will be generated.

Miscellaneous

We need to create a replica of MSEB database on intermediate server. Flat text file
for MSEB database server would be generated on this server. Also we need to come
up with web service and windows service which will be the main communication
path of the entire application.

Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC): 40% of the Total Cost per Year

Note: Server Support Costing is not a part of AMC.

Resources will be provided for 12(or more) Hrs support as per requirement.

Costing of Per Resource can only be decided at actual depending upon

requirement and skill sets required for a particular resource.

Terms & Conditions:

Delivery Time: 2 months

Signing Payment (60 %): Rs.1, 46,880.00

Payment on delivery (40%): Rs.97, 920.00

Warranty against technical defects: 2 months

Travel /lodging /daily expenses for work outside Entrust: At actual

1) Change request will be chargeable once requirement document is

approved.

2) Support & maintenance will be effective after 2 months only when full
payment of development Cost is done & in addition 50% of the support cost
(AMC + Resource Cost) is paid.
