roof slab with graded brick aggregate 25mm
nominal size in pure slacked lime (no sand to be
added) the proportion of brick jelly to lime
being 32:12:5 by volumn laid over in a single
layer to an average thickness of 8.5 cm and
consolidated tothe minimum slope of 1:60
inclusive of ramming, watering and preparing the
surface to fabric or other water proofing

10 TILE WORK (Pressed tile)


10.01. Prepare surface, Providing and fixing of machine
pressed clay tiles as per specification 20mm
thick on terrace over brick bat coba, set in

glazed tiles of minimum thk. 6mm and size of the
tiles 300mmx200mm including approved brand
of Johnson or Kajaria tiles and specials in dadoo

(1 cement:3 coarse sand)mixed with approved
water proof materials in the recommended
proportions and pointed with white cement slurry.
The rate should include cleaning of tiles with Nitric
Acid and cost of water proofing materials ect.,
complete with all lead, lifts in all floor levels.
