The advertisement in BD Jobs for General Manager Admin Post in Ministry of Power,
Energy and Mineral Resources is inadequate. Firstly, the job requirement stated in the
different site states the requirements for the job but it has no proper job description,
specifications and terms and conditions. The overall advertisement lacks depth and
attraction for the possible competent employees. The salary structure along with the
benefits description is also absent from the advertisement. An advertisement should
include these segments to properly attract possible employees who will serve in the
government sector for the welfare of the country. So, these aspects should be included
in the advertisement and hopefully it will attract better candidates in the future. The
bank should also make their advertisements more attractive.

becomes very easy for the readers to understand a through idea about the job offering

description, conditions, specifications along with sufficient informations regarding

still lacks depth and quality as it should include more information regarding the job

sufficient in the sense that it has adequate information regarding the job and its

is enough for the candidates to understand the responsibility. The only thing lacking is
the lack of information regarding salary and also the adequate information regarding
the number of vacancies in the post. The organization should consider incorporating
this information with the existing ones to make the advertisement be more credible
and reliable. And thus the advertisement could be a significant example in the world

group. They (POPI) are so specific that they have mentioned the age limit for the
candidates as well as the salary range which very rare companies do. Besides that they
have also provided the compensation packages as well as other benefits so that the
viewers can read those easily. And thus the advertisement could be a significant
example in the world of job advertisements.
