BISMILLAH-IR-RAHMAN-IR-RAHIM

Introduction

The Holy Prophet, Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, foretold many events of the fu-
ture including the end of times and its signs, both minor and major. The
Prophet, Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, said the world would be filled with tyran-
ny, slaughter of innocent people, Wars and natural disasters never seen
before.

But there is always hope of divine intervention and so the Holy Prophet, Sal-
lallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, said all the disastrous events will increase day by day
until Muslims will give up hope of any help, then the Mahdi (Rightly Guided)
will be sent to fill the world with peace, justice and morality, becoming of hu-
man beings, this will be the Golden Age. Imam Mahdi, Alaihi Salam, will be a
descendant of the Holy Prophet, Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, and will come
with divine authority and power to finish the corrupt, unjust and tyrannical
systems that exist in our age around the world. Mahdis coming is also a sign
of the End Times.

The Golden Age

The Golden Age of all golden ages in the history of humanity will begin with
the coming of the Imam Mahdi, Alaihi Salam, and continue to the time of the
second coming of Isa (Jesus), Alaihi Salam. It will be a time that will be both
comparable and exceed the golden age of the Prophet Suleman, Alaihi Salam,
who ruled over the Jinn, controlled the winds and spoke to the animals. It is
an unimaginable age of peace, tranquillity and spiritual progress for all that
will live in that time as mentioned in the following Hadith, The Mahdi, just
as Dhu'l-Qarnayn and Suleman did, will rule the world, meaning with
complete authority and justice for all. (Ibn Hajar Haythami)

Ba`din" (Sura 6, Verse 65). You will fight one another, punishment won't be
sent down to you from heavens, but you will attack one another and find your
punishment like that.
The most terrible War in History
The noble Sheikh says that Mankind have reached the end of their period on
this Earth and due to the corruption on this Earth big divine punishment is
coming to clean the Earth. Four out of every five people will pass away in the
most terrible War in the history of Mankind, which is now on the horizon.
The Sheikh says Now we are near. There is movement, but as it intensifies
the approach of Mahdis appearance comes closer. The whole world will be
in chaos. They call it, Armageddon Malhamatu l-Kubra. When that happens,
as a result Mahdi will give takbeer, when he says that, all weapons and tech-
nology will stop, finished! With only one takbeer he will end the Technology
they worship. That is what I am waiting for!.
Preparing for the Coming Times
The noble Sheikh advices that as Muslims we have to follow the Holy Shariah
(Divine Law) and keep away from bad things of the modern world. Keeping
our Salaah (daily prayers) is essential if we are to survive the terrible War
that is coming. The noble Sheikh further advices people to live outside of big
cities, have enough provisions in the house to last forty days and keep Gold
coins as currency, as he foresees the collapse of the Banking system and
Paper/Electronic monetary systems in the near future.
Conclusion
The signs of the End Times are well recorded in the Quran and Hadiths with
differing views on exactly when we will see the saviour of the End Times ar-
rive and the second coming of Isa, Alaihi Salam, the question for us is are we
about to see the great events of coming of Imam Mahdi, Alaihi Salam,
unfold before our own eyes? Are we about to see the Dajjal appear and
turn this world upside down? What is next for humanity? Whether or not
we have reached the End of Times, one thing is certain, humanity will reach
the end, the prophecies are being fulfilled one by one and Allah Almighty
knows best. This article was written as a wakeup call and not as a predic-
tion of the future events, it is up to the individual to come to their own conclu-
sions in the light of the evidence provided here.

will collapse; Sudan will collapse; Somalia will collapse; Pakistan will col-
lapse; Afghanistan will collapse; Caucasus will collapseits over. Germany
will also collapse; France is ready to collapse; Spain will collapse. England is
a Monarchy state, it will become more powerful.
India will be united as one; Afghanistan will be united as one; Iran will be unit-
ed as one; the tribe in Yemen will be gone, a new Imam will come. For the
Palestinians, one Sultan who will rule ten countries will come.They have
failed (regimes). They could not manage itthey are tyrannical regimes. Its
overAll of them will fall down. It should be noted here that collapse
comes in many forms such as economic, government, breakdown of law and
order, and indeed total collapse as seen in many Arab countries.

Syria will bring Armageddon

In May 2013 (Rajab 1434AH) the noble Sheikh warned mankind to reform or
face Divine wrath, extracts from the noble Sheikhs talk are given below.
This month will become very intense and this is a sign of Divine revenge, so
that those who have gone astray, will be punished in this month. They won't
be left without punishment. Mankind has crossed the limits. They forgot their
servanthood, they forget their identity. They forgot their Creator and that is
why they have turned against each other, they are fighting one another, peo-
ple are now ready for fighting (each other). And this is a sign of a Big War, it's
called Armageddon (Malhamatul Kubra).
Many people will die. With the cursed weapons that they made themselves,
mankind will almost be finished off, may Allah(swt) protect us.
There is no salvation other then turning to Allah (swt). If not, they will be cut
like wheat, so that their punishment will not be left for akhirah (hereafter),
they will suffer their punishment on earth.
And the fire that started in Syria will bring Armageddon. It will be the
greatest human loss ever. We seek refuge in Allah. "Ya Man La Marja'u
Min-Hu illa Ilayhi", Allah's Mightiness, when we say Mightiness, the Divine
Power that no one can stand against, that storm is coming
During all these troubles, those who run to Allah will be saved, if not, no one
will be saved. Such a fire is coming down. "Wa Yudhiqa Ba`dakum Ba'sa

Real peace will prevail at the time of Imam Mahdi, Alaihi Salam, to the point
that even dangerous and poisonous animals will not harm humans or each
other as mentioned in this Hadith, Then the Earth will become safe so
that Lions will graze with Camels, Tigers with Cows, Wolves with Sheep
and so that children may play with Snakes without being harmed. (Ibn
Ahmad Hanbal).

The Holy Prophet, Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, said about the rule of the Mahdi
that, Enmity and hatred between people will cease. The World will fill
with religious unity like the cup fills with water. Nobody but God will be
worshipped. Nothing will be left of warfare and conflict. (Sunan Ibn Majah)

Just as poverty and greed has taken over the world today, wealth will be
evenly distributed to all in the Golden Age of Imam Mahdi. The Holy Prophet,
Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, said about the Mahdi, "He will fill the earth with
fairness and justice just as it had been filled by oppression and injus-
tice. The inhabitants of the heavens and earth will be pleased with him.
He will distribute wealth equally".

At this point a companion asked what 'Equally' meant so the Prophet, Sallalla-
hu Alayhi Wa Sallam, replied, "Equally, between the people, and Allah will
fill the hearts of the nation of Muhammad with richness and his justice
will satisfy them until he sends a messenger saying Who is in need of
wealth? None except one man will stand and say, 'Me'. So he will say 'Go
to the treasurer and tell him that Al Mahdi orders you to give me wealth. So
the treasurer will say to him, take whatever treasure you want, so the man
will gather as much treasure as he can into a cloth and tie it.

Then the man will regret his action and say 'I was the most greedy among the
nation of Muhammad, and he will attempt to return it but it will not be accept-
ed, and it will be said to him, 'We do not accept what we have given. And so
he (Al Mahdi) will remain seven, eight or nine years -- then, there is no
goodness left in life nor yet in living after him. (Abi Said Al Khudri)

The Coming Times

The coming times will herald the coming of the Mahdi with the present world
order, as we now know it, collapsing as if overnight. Most Imams and schol-
ars of Islam throughout the centuries have agreed that towards the end of
times Imam Mahdi, Alaihi Salam, will come without a doubt as mentioned in
many Hadiths, a few of which are given below.

The Prophet, Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, said, Allah will bring out from
concealment al-Mahdi from my family and just before the day of Judg-
ment; even if only one day were to remain in the life of the world, and he
will spread on this earth justice and equality and will eradicate tyranny
and oppression. (Musnad Imam Ahmad)

Our Mahdi will have a broad forehead and a prominent nose. He will fill
the earth with justice as it is filled with injustice and tyranny. He will
rule for seven years. (Abu Dawud)

The promised Mahdi will be among my family. Allah will make the pro-
visions for his emergence within a single night. (Ibn Majah)

The following Hadith summarises in some details the events that will take
place when the Mahdi appears openly to the world, as according to some
sources the Mahdi is already present on earth awaiting the divine order to
make himself known openly to the people. The Holy Prophet, Sallallahu Alayhi
Wa Sallam, said, After the death of a Ruler (ruler of Hijaz?) there will be
some dispute between the people. At that time a citizen of Madina
(Imam Mahdi) will flee (from Madina) and go to Makkah. While in Mak-
kah, certain people will approach him between Hajrul Aswad and
Maqaame Ibraheem, and forcefully pledge their allegiance to him.
Thereafter a huge army will proceed from Syria to attack him but when
they will be at Baida, which is between Makkah and Madina, they will be
swallowed into the ground.

The Signs of Times...

In a prophetic narration it is stated that, There will come after me Caliphs,
and after Caliphs will come Princes, and after Princes, Kings, and after
Kings will come Tyrants. Then a man emerges from my family who will
fill the earth with justice, just as it was filled with oppression. (al-Jami` al-
Saghir).

It is evidently clear from history that Islamic leadership has changed hands
from the Caliphate to the Amirs, Amirs to the Sultans, Sultans to the Kings,
from the Kings to the dictators of the present times. Now the time of the ty-
rants is also coming to an end as seen by the events unfolding in Islamic
countries in particular, this indicates that the coming of the Mahdi is near fol-
lowed by the coming of Dajjal and then Prophet Isa, Alaihi Salam.

Contemporary thoughts...

While our leaders, and even many scholars, are too busy accumulating
wealth and status in this temporary life, the masses are being misguided into
a false sense of security. Very few, if any, talk about the present day crises
hitting the whole world and especially the Muslim World.

There are very few voices in the Islamic community worldwide that show any
concern about the coming times, however there are some that have been
debating the issue facing not only Muslims but the whole of Mankind, among
them is the noble Sufi Sheikh Maulana Sheikh Nazim, who made a startling
statement, before the so called Arab Spring, that the Arab governments will
fall and change hands leading to a domino effect on the whole world.

The Noble Sheikhs statement (Nov 2010)
They have come to a dead-end (the oppressive governments). Its
over... we have been told news, from this Muharram to next Muharram:
Turks will collapse; Damascus will collapse; Baghdad will collapse; Iran will
collapse; Egypt will collapse; Libya will collapse; Hijaz will collapse; Yemen

The End of Times...

According to the above Hadiths the span of the Muslim Ummah will not ex-
ceed 1500AH; we are now living in 1434AH. There are other narrations that
also indicate that we are approaching the end times very fast. The Holy
Prophet, Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, is reported to have said, The life of the
world and mankind from Adam to the day of reckoning is seven thou-
sand years. (Kanz al-Ummal)
The life span of the world is seven days in the days of the Hereafter.
Almighty Allah has said, A day with your Lord is equivalent to a thou-
sand years in the way you count. (Al-Burhan fi Alamat al-Mahdi Akhir al-zaman)

Ibn Abbas cites the Holy Prophet, Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, as saying, The
world is seven days long, each day is like a thousand years, and the
Holy Prophet, Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, was sent at the end of that time peri-
od. (Al-Burhan fi 'Alamat al-Mahdi Akhir az-Zaman)

A companion of the Holy Prophet, Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, narrated a
dream to the Holy Prophet, Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, he said O Messenger
of Allah, I saw that I am with you on a seven-stepped pulpit, and you are on
its highest degree. The Holy Prophet, Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, said, As
for the seven-stepped pulpit, I am on the highest step (last period of
time), the life of this world is seven thousand years. (As-Suyuti, Al-Kashf 'an
Mujawazat Hazihi al-Ummah al-Alf)

According to the following hadith the Holy Prophet, Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam,
refers to the time that had passed in the world up until his coming to be five
thousand six hundred years. Ahmad ibn Hanbal transmitted in his 'Ilal, Five
thousand six hundred years passed from this world. (Al-Muttaqi al-Hindi, Al-
Burhan fi Alamat al-Mahdi Akhir az-Zaman)

In truth only Allah Almighty knows exactly when the Last Day on Earth will
come and Judgement Day established, however throughout the ages many
Prophets came and gave signs of the approach of the End Times, the Holy
Prophet, Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, gave many signs both Minor and Major.

On seeing this, the Abdaals (Saints) of Shaam (Damascus) as well as
large numbers of people from Iraq will come to him and pledge their
allegiance to him. Then a person from the Quraish, whose uncle will be
from the Bani Kalb tribe will send an army to attack him, only to be
overpowered, by the will of Allah.

This (defeated) army will be that of the Bani Kalb. Unfortunate indeed is
he who does not receive a share from the booty of the Kalb. This per-
son (Imam Mahdi) will distribute the spoils of war after the battle. He will
lead the people according to the Sunnah and during his reign Islam will
spread throughout the world. He will remain till seven years (since his
emergence). He will pass away and the Muslims will perform his Ja-
nazah salaah. (Abu Dawud)

The appearance of Imam Mahdi, Alaihi Salam, will also bring about the Major
Signs of the coming of Day of Judgement which will draw very near once the
Mahdi appears. Amongst these signs are the second coming of Prophet Isa,
Alaihi Salam, and the emergence of Dajjal (Anti-Christ).

The Coming of Dajjal (False Messiah)

The greatest Fitna (trial and tribulation) in human history will be towards the
end of the rule of Imam Mahdi, Alaihi Salam, the coming of Dajjal, the Anti-
Christ .The Holy Prophet, would pray in Salah, "Oh Allah protect me from the
punishment of the grave and protect me from Dajjal's fitna. (Bukhari / Muslim)

The Holy Prophet, Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, said, "Between the creation of
Prophet Adam, Alaihi Salam, and the coming of the last hour, there will
arise no matter more serious than the Dajjal. (Muslim)

The Dajjal will remain on earth for 40 days, the first of which will be a year
long, second a month, the third a week, and the remaining 37 days like our
normal days, moving from city to city causing fitna. (Muslim)

The recitation of Surah Kahf is a safeguard from the Dajjal's turmoil. The Holy
Prophet, Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, said, "Whoever memorises (or recites
regularly) the first ten verses of Surah Kahf will be safe from the Dajjal's
Fitna". (Muslim)

The Coming of Isa (Jesus)

The coming of Isa, Alaihi Salam, is among the Major ten signs of the coming of
Judgement Day. The Holy Prophet, Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, said, The
last hour will not arrive till you have seen ten signs. He then mentioned
the Smoke, Dajjal, Beast, Rising of the Sun from the place of its setting,
the Descent of Isa, Ya'juj Ma'juj (Gog Magog), Three Landslides, one in
the East, one in the West and one in the Arabian Peninsula, after that a
Fire would spread from Yemen and drive the people to their place of
gathering. (Muslim)

Dajjal will grow strong and have many followers, he will cause much destruc-
tion on earth and even claim to be god, at that time Isa, Alaihi Salam, will be
sent to destroy Dajjal. On seeing Prophet Isa, Alaihi Salam, among the Mus-
lims, Dajjal will begin to dissolve like salt in water and will begin to flee.
Prophet Isa, Alaihi Salam, will say to Dajjal, ''You will remain alive until I strike
you with my spear. Prophet Isa, Alaihi Salam, will catch up with Dajjal at the
Eastern gate of Ludd (Ludd is a mountain in Syria, also a village in Jerusa-
lem, as well as a village in Palestine) and then Prophet Isa, Alaihi Salam, will
kill Dajjal with a small spear. And so peace will be restored on earth and all
will believe in the One True God.

The Coming years

Divine secrets, such as the coming events, are not readily available to the
masses for obvious reasons, however many signs have been given to indi-
cate the imminent coming of the Mahdi. Men of real knowledge, contempla-
tion and Kashf (Divinely gifted with vision) have indicated possible period in
time for the coming of the Mahdi, and Allah Almighty knows best.

There has always been speculation about the time of the coming of the Mah-
di. In 1000AH it was widely speculated that the Mahdi would appear but men
of Kashf (insight) like Imam Rabbani and Imam Suyuti, who are both re-
nowned scholars and saints of Islam, disagreed and instead said the Mahdi
would come between 1000AH and 1500AH.

We are now in 1434AH with only 66 years to 1500AH, during these 66 years
we could well witness the Great War, coming of Imam Mahdi, Alaihi Salam,
appearance of the Dajjal, coming of Prophet Isa, Alaihi Salam, emergence of
Yajuj Majuj (Gog Magog), 40 years of peace and then the great decline until
the Holy Kaaba is destroyed and no believer is left on earth, then comes
Judgement Day.

Imam Rabbani, the religious reviver of the millennium states, The confirma-
tion of the religious law, the renovation of people takes place in the second
thousand years. The just witnesses of the truthfulness of this cause are the
existence of Prophet Isa, Alaihi Salam
,
and Mahdi, Alaihi Salam
,
in this peri-
od (the second thousand years). (Letters of Rabbani, vol. 1, p. 611)

Imam Jalal ad-Din as-Suyuti, who is said to have conversed with the Holy
Prophet, Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, some 70 times in visions, writes, The life
of this community will exceed 1,000 years, yet be limited to 1,500 years.
(Muhammad ibn `Abd ar-Rasul Barzanji, Al-Isha`ah li Ashrat as-Sa`ah)

Other sources also indicate that the Mahdi will appear in and around the
1400AH as mentioned in a Hadith, People will gather around the Mahdi in
1400. (Risalat al-Khuruj al-Mahdi)

In another Hadith, the Prophet, Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, said, Count two
or three decades after the decades of Hijri 1400. At that time, the Mahdi
emerges...(Asmal Masalik Lieyyam Mahdiyy Maliki Li Kull-id Dunya Biemrillah-il Malik, Qalda bin Zayd)
