the time the merchandise is actually delivered. We reserve the right to limit or
reduce the quantity of an order of any merchandise upon providing notice.

3

otherwise. By participating in MWR’s website activities a member-visitor certifies
that he/she is at least 18 years of age and meets all other eligibility and residency

be for lawful and noncommercial purposes.

MWR reserves the right to terminate a member-visitor’s account or registration at

any time, prevent access to membership data, remove any postings, and

MWR reserves the right to implement revisions to the Terms of Use and/or any
additional terms at any time. MWR will provide notice of such change on the
MWR website. Continued use of the MWR website shall constitute acceptance of
such changes without qualification.

Suspension of MWR Service or Member-Visitor Account

MWR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this website or any

PRIVACY POLICY

INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy serves to advise our website visitors of the practices of MWR
with respect to the online collection, use and dissemination of personal
information that may be collected when you interact with MWR from this website.
To participate in various activities on the website, visitors may be asked to
provide certain personal information. All personal information and any additional
type of information collected from visitors in general are subject to our Privacy
Policy. Here you can learn about personal information potentially being collected,
how it may be used and for what purposes, to whom we may disclose the
information and measures we take to safeguard it.

In the aggregate, MWR collects information to assist in delivering a superior level

of services. The information collected allows us to gain a better understanding of
our visitors and assess their needs. It helps us to determine how best to provide
useful information to visitors through an understanding of what types of content
are most popular and which products and services are of most interest.

On an individual visitor level, it enables MWR to give you convenient access to

our products and services and focus on categories of greatest interest to you, the
visitor or member-visitor.

Personal information is information which allows us to contact you by telephone,

mail or e-mail or other information that allows us to personalize your visit to our
website when linked to your name or contact information. Your personal
information helps us keep you posted on the latest product announcements,
updates, special offers, promotions, and events that you might like to hear about.

By contrast, in visiting the MWR website you acknowledge that submissions of

content by mail, e-mail or through interactive postings to any area of this website
open to viewing by other visitors or member-visitors will be considered public
material and will not be subject to the same privacy protections we afford to your
personal information.

Visitors further acknowledge that this MWR website may save and archive any
such submitted content and that we may, without liability, disclose such
submitted content (1) if required to do so by law or to comply with legal
processes; (2) to respond to claims that any of the content violates any rights of
another person; or (3) to protect the rights of this website, its advertisers,
employees, suppliers, service providers and visitors.

8
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Information Derived Automatically

To enhance a visitor’s experience while using MWR’s website and to make the
materials we post as meaningful as possible, we may use certain information
collected by electronic means to understand how visitors navigate through our
website and use our products. When a visitor comes to MWR’s website our
servers automatically collect certain non-personal information, such as a
computer’s IP address, the visitor’s browser version, and which pages and media
streams are being viewed and listened to at our website.

Your IP address may be used to assist in administration of the MWR website,

help diagnose technical problems, analyze trends and web traffic patterns,
monitor visitors’ browsing patterns within our website, help identify you and your
shopping cart, and to gather demographic information for aggregate use.

MWR’s website may use a standard technology called a “cookie” to help us

understand which parts of our websites are the most popular, where our visitors
are going, and how much time they spend there. Cookies are small files that
reside on your computer that help recognize your computer's browser as a
previous visitor. This information allows us to customize delivery of information
and provide greater convenience each time you interact with us. For example,
our website may use cookies to save and remember registration information or
preferences that you may have set while browsing the website, to keep track of
your shopping cart, to ensure you don't see the same ad content repeatedly, to
deliver content specific to your interests, and to save your password so you don't
have to re-enter it each time you visit our website.

MWR may license ad-server software to help present banner advertisements on

its website. This technology is geared to display advertisements tailored to
interests indicated by your browsing pattern, and to avoid sending you duplicate
advertisements by determining whether you have seen a particular
advertisement before. In doing so, the ad-server software collects non-personal
data such as your operating system and browser type, web pages visited, time of
visits, content viewed, ads viewed, etc. Such generated data will not be
transferred to any third party.

MWR may need to track specific content access, usage and downloads for the
purpose of paying royalties and license fees to third party providers such as
copyright holders and content distributors as a condition of content licensing and
royalties. In such cases, MWR may provide overall content usage, access,
demographic and other information without your personally identifiable
information (name, billing information, e-mail address) to the content provider(s).

9
Information Derived from Visitors and Member-Visitors
MWR stores information voluntarily submitted during account creation or through
any other means of supplying information. When you create an account —
providing your name, e-mail address, zip code and birth date and choose a
password, the system saves your information and assigns you a personal ID
based on your e-mail address. MWR affords member-visitors the opportunity to
subsequently update or remove personal information provided to us. Member-
visitors will have leeway in deciding whether certain personally identifiable
information should be provided to us. Personally identifiable information that a
member-visitor provides us is used for such purposes as communications,
responding to requests, customizing visits and improving our product.

Although visitors may use many features of this website without completing a
registration or sign-up form, those who do register and/or sign up for special
services will have access to additional features of the website and are more likely
to receive information suited to their interests. Our registration and special
services sign-up forms may ask a visitor for contact information (such as name
and e-mail address) and demographic information (such as city or zip code).

MWR may use the information you provide us to better tailor your website
experience to your interests; to request your opinions with respect to program
subject matter; to send you information about MWR and its services as well as
promotional material on behalf of some of our partners; to inform you of content
on the web, radio and other methods of content delivery in which you may be
interested; and to provide or display the content according to your preferences in
order to enhance your experience on this website.

E-mail is an important communications medium for MWR. We will use your e-

mail address and the content of any e-mail for administrative, legal, and
correspondence purposes and to send you information that you may
request. MWR assumes no obligation to protect such information from
disclosure, and all non-personal content you provide to the website by e-mail
(such as replies, questions, commentary, advice, etc.) shall be deemed to be
non-confidential. We shall be free to use, disclose and distribute such content
without restriction.

MWR may conduct periodic online surveys and contests. These may ask you for
contact information and demographic information. We will not use such contact
information from our surveys and contests to provide you with promotional
material on behalf of our partners unless you give prior consent to the receipt of
such promotional material.

10
Public Forums
This website may make available forums, blogs, message boards, and news
groups that enable member-visitors to interact with other member-visitors, on-air
guests and MWR staff, and share commentary on a variety of subjects. You
should be aware that any information disclosed in these areas becomes public
information and visible to other visitors and member-visitors. You should use
caution before publicizing any personal information. Personally identifiable
information you post to any of these forums could potentially be used by others to
send you unsolicited messages. MWR is not responsible for the information you
choose to submit in these forums.

In order to use or register with MWR’s website, including public forums, you must
consent to follow the conditions of this Privacy Policy. In addition, we reserve the
right to terminate your membership or registration at any time, block access to
your membership profile(s), delete any or all of your postings, and/or reject
participation in any other activity or service provided to you by the website. MWR
also reserves the right to take such actions without notice and without any liability
to an account holder.

Commercial Services
This MWR website may feature commercial services, which may be offered by us
or by a firm that operates a store under contract with us. Shopping or other
commercial services may provide a customer order form to request information,
products, and services. The order form will ask you to give us contact information
(like name or e-mail address), financial information (like account or credit card
numbers), and demographic information (like zip code or age).

MWR will use the financial information that you provide to bill you for products
and services. By furnishing your credit card and related personal information, you
are authorizing our store to give that information to the merchant and credit card
vendor in order to confirm and fulfill your order.

MWR will use contact information from the order form to fulfill your orders. We
may also use contact data to get in touch with you when necessary. We will not
otherwise make use of or disseminate your financial information.

Information Sharing With Third Parties

MWR may occasionally enter into a relationship with another company to provide
additional features at this website. These relationships may include partners,
sponsors, and other websites. Any personal information that you provide while
browsing a web page belonging to such third party will be the responsibility of our
third party partner. Check their website for information regarding privacy policies.

11
Access to certain products and services in some cases, such as subscription
products or products distributed by third parties, may require the provision of
personal information to a third party, such as a content provider or merchant
distributor. MWR will only share personal information about you with third parties
on an aggregate or other basis that does not disclose your identity or contact
information. MWR will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with a
third party without your authorization.

This website provides links to third-party websites and other resources that are
likely to be of interest to our visitors. These links are provided merely as a
convenience, not as an endorsement of the content, advertising, business
practices or privacy policies of such third party websites.

Neither MWR, nor its employees, nor its representatives, nor its agents, nor
service providers will be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by
use of or reliance on the content, advertising or business practices of linked third
party websites.

Member-visitors may request information regarding our disclosure of personal

information to third parties for marketing purposes. To make such a request,
please send an e-mail to MWRLegal@gmail.com.

Children’s Privacy
Although any visitor may participate in activities that do not require the collection
of personal information, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy
Protection Act, MWR does not collect, use or disclose personal information of
children under the age of thirteen. Children under the age of thirteen are
prohibited from registering on our website, posting comments or material or
taking part in contests. If we become aware that any such information has been
submitted by a child in violation of this policy, we will delete it.

International Web Visitors

This MWR website is governed by and operated in accordance with the laws of
United States and its products and services are intended for enjoyment of its
residents over the age of thirteen. By using this website and submitting any
personal information, international web visitors acknowledge that this website is
subject to U.S. law, consent to the transfer of personal data to the U.S., and
waive any claims that may arise under their own national laws.

MWR employs reasonable security measures for information collected through
this website. The security and confidentiality of your information is extremely
important to us.

MWR has in place physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, or
alteration of the information we collect on our website. We have implemented
technical, administrative and physical security measures to protect visitor
information from unauthorized access and improper use. We also use internal
protections to limit access to visitors' personal information to only those
personnel who have specific authorization.

MWR cannot warrant the security of any information that you transmit to us. No
security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and by transmitting personal
information over the internet to us, you are accepting the risks associated with
doing so. In addition, you are responsible for taking appropriate measures to
protect and secure all passwords, log-on or membership identification information
and account information.

MWR may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law to the

authorities or third parties under certain circumstances, such as in court or
regulatory proceedings.
