Job Description:
The Enterprise Applications team creates best of breed software applications that change the way
the mortgage industry does business. The team is responsible for establishing and advancing core
operational business functions, including business process optimization platforms, advanced data
management tools, and business intelligence systems.
The applications development team is in the midst of some game-changing transformations. We are
searching for the best leadership out there to identify and deliver solutions for launching and
growing new businesses in the Real Estate and mortgage industries. You have a track record rich
with management and industry experience. You like to lead by doing, and thrive in an environment
where you can make real-time decisions and follow through on a vision. The Director, Enterprise
Applications Portfolio Solutions will lead a rock-star team of Service Delivery Managers, and Business

Responsibilities:
Formulate a mutually agreed upon application strategy and forward looking roadmap to
sequence projects, determine funding levels and ensure resource availability.
Establish portfolio review routines to communicate progress, roadblocks, and establish
priorities.
Identify and build/deploy scalable solutions for new areas of business demand.
Go to Market tools for launching businesses.
Scalable workforce management and operational platforms.
Next generation (mobile) property management applications.

Build effective partnerships with the leadership team to facilitate technology planning,
establish strategy, and prioritize the project portfolio.
Manage multiple project initiatives, providing project structure, resourcing plans and driving
project delivery to assure that the business goals and objectives are met.
Solve functionality gaps with innovative solutions, enabling market leading capabilities.
Set project expectations with functional teams and present those expectations to the
executive team.
Initiate and lead project activities, prioritize business requirements, define Critical to Quality
components, manage risks and issues, and create deployment plans.
Qualifications and Experience:
At least 8-10 years of application portfolio management & roadmap planning experience
either within an IT organization and/or as a project.
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience required.
Extensive experience leading the evaluation, selection, implementation and support of
multiple business solutions (i.e. ERP, CRM, Customer Support/Service, Business Intelligence).
Demonstrated expertise in all traditional application areas, including: analysis, architecture,
development, maintenance/support, quality assurance, and testing.
Experience building system administration functions and managing to industry standards and
compliance requirements (i.e. SOX Compliance).
Experience building and managing an applications support infrastructure and high performing
team with a strong sense of customer service to its internal customers.
Strong communication, leadership, team building, and people management abilities.
Record of outstanding success at organizations similar to Altisource, where innovation,
collaboration, customer service, and sales results are paramount.
Bachelors degree in technology related field required; Masters degree strongly preferred.
