in the pro'ect, and amended the Capital Pro'ect to increase funding &" Resolution 1o,

commitment of ?55< of the non=federal share of the costs of preliminar" engineering

RE.ELFED, that the sum of A964,555,55 is here&" availa&le from Capital
Pro'ect 1o, ::6 to cover the cost of participation in the a&ove phases of the Pro'ect>
and, &e it further
RE.ELFED, that in the event the full federal and non=federal share costs of
the pro'ect eGceeds the amount appropriated a&ove, the ;lster Count" Legislature
shall convene as soon as possi&le to appropriate said eGcess amount immediatel"
upon the notification &" the Count" EGecutive thereof> and, it is further
RE.ELFED, that the Count" EGecutive of ;lster Count" &e and is here&"
authori*ed to eGecute the (ederal=id High-a" and !archiselli=id Local Pro'ect
greement, in the form as filed -ith the Cler$ of the Legislature or as modified -ith
the approval of the Count" ttorne", as -ell as all necessar" additional agreements,
certifications or reim&ursement reHuests for (ederal id andIor applica&le
