The Client
Established in 2007, the client is a high-growth emerging
Business Process Utlity (BPU) company. A pioneer in the
BPU space, the client ofers technology enabled services for
the litgaton, insurance and microfnance industry segments.
With ambitous growth plans, the client already has
established tracton with companies across Asia, Australia,
Europe and the United States.
Business Context
Prayag was approached to help launch the company in the
market as well as provide on-going marketng assistance. The
scope of work included refnement of the corporate identty,
building basic marketng infrastructure in quick tme, and providing
assistance with specifc launch actvites, through the media and at events.
The company needed a marketng partner to develop the brand, create
marketng collaterals, create and contnuously enhance the corporate
website as well as support on-going marketng initatves.

First, Prayag put in place a dedicated team for the engagement, drawing
resources with diverse skills from its branding, content creaton, research
and creatve teams. Once the context was set, the team immediately set
about developing collaterals, including corporate and service brochures,
case studies and whitepapers, and the website, with minimal inputs from
the client. In parallel, the research team swung into acton to map the
market and competton this helped in creatng more compelling
