THE FOLLOWING ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS AND ONE SET OF ATTESTED PHOTOCOPIES OF
DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED DURING DOCUMENT VERIFICATION PROCESS TO BECOME
ELIGIBLE FOR ENTRY OF OPTIONS AND ALLOTMENT OF SEATS.
Copy of the Downloaded Application Form.
Original Bank Challan for having paid the application fees.
PGCET-2014 Admission Ticket
SSLC / 10th Standard / Equivalent Examination Marks Card
2nd PUC / 12th Standard/ Equivalent Examination Marks Card/Diploma Marks Card
Degree Marks Card of all the Years / Semesters.
Degree Certificate / Provisional Degree Certificate.
Study Certificate (Only for Karnataka Candidates)
TWO recent passport size photographs.
The following documents should be produced, ONLY if applicable:
GATE Score Card. (Result Sheet)
PART-TIME CANDIDATES
Minimum 3 years work Experience Certificate (for Part time) as per the format given in e-Brochure.
Minimum one year work experience certificate (for QIP - Part time) as per the format given in e-Brochure.
NOTE: Work experience certificate should include name of the organisation, date of joining, designation, working period, no
objection condition etc., As per the format given in e-Brochure and it should be printed in Organization letter head.
FULL TIME SPONSORSHIP CANDIDATES
Sponsorship Certificate (as per the format given in e-Brochure and it should be printed in Organization
letter head.)
Caste Certificate / Caste Income Certificate / Income Certificate obtained from the concerned Tahasildar, for the
candidates claiming Reservation benefits. (Only for Karnataka Candidates)
Parents study certificate / Parents Hometown certificate / (Parents Domicile certificate / Parents
Employment certificate / Parents Cumulative Record / Parents Marks Card, etc.,) for the candidates claiming
eligibility for Government seats based on the (domicile) / study / (employment) of the parent from concerned
Authority.
Note for Diploma Background Candidates:
Candidates should produce certificate issued by the institute in connection with clearing bridge course
subjects, in case, if the candidate is not producing Provisional Degree Certificate/Degree Certificate
issued by the University.
Hyderabad-Karnataka Reservation (Article 371 J)
The eligibility details with the relevant certificates to be produced by the candidates to claim seat under Hyderabad-
Karnataka Reservation (Article 371 J) is hosted on the KEA Website http://kea.kar.nic.in. The eligible candidates
should produce the relevant certificate issued by the concerned Assistant Commissioner during document
verification to become eligible to claim seat under Hyderabad-Karnataka Reservation (Article 371 J).
