country.
Islam being a global religion has every thing for all the countries and people of the world
including Dubai especially as it is an Islamic country. Islam is a religion of all the people of the
world that is not only the legacy of any part of the world and everyone in the world can have
guidance from the Holy Book of Almighty Allah. Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon
Him) presented for the first time an idea of Islamic country having a formal constitution (Pact of
Medina) securing not only the rights of Muslims of Medina but as well as other minorities, this
