Mr.Mac- Construction outside of Upham, got locked out, no signs indicating it
Mr.Horvath- Getting a group together to discuss Miami Plan constructively
Mr. Hoffman- Let’s see what we can do, perhaps open forum format

a. President of the Student Body
- Provost search committee, ASG spot is given to Matt Hoffman
- BSC survey is going out next week, information pass-out Thursday and Friday
this week- hourly sign-ups
b. Vice President of the Student Body
- Flyers put around campus advertising for bid in 2011, if you come across
elections violations collect evidence and inform elections committee
c. Vice President of Campus Activities
- All CAC meeting tomorrow
- Global Fusion is putting on Bailamos on Dec 10th, 7:30- 45 minutes of dance
instruction, and live band
-December 12th Spirit Board give-aways at the OSU Miami hockey game line
d. Vice President of Student Organizations
- Funding cycle after winter break
e. Secretary for Diversity Affairs
- Global Holiday Party- Tuesday, 6 p.m. Heritage Room
f. Secretary for Off-Campus Affairs
-New mayor- Richard Keebler

-Audit sub-committee meeting Friday 5:30

 -Internet speeds on campus still a problem, they are working on it. First
improvement fixed speeds by 3%

- Leadership- responsibilities to yourself and others, story of Icarus- be confident

in your ability to leave the nest but do so with a sense of competence, don’t get
caught up in your ego, if you crash and burn you not only effect yourself but your
whole organization as well

a. Men’s Basketball Assistant Coach Ryan Pedon & Sports Marketing’s Ellie Zabielski

Mr.Pedon: Encouraging students to come to tomorrow’s game against Dayton

-Exciting, young team

-Encouraging student leaders to help bring fans to the games

-“we’ll play anybody, anytime, anywhere”

Ms.Zabielski: Media time outs in the first and second half, competition between
senators at the game tomorrow

b. Bicentennial Student Center Financial Survey Update

Chair: Financial survey next week

Mr.McNabb- we will be finalizing the information over the next few days, it will
go out to half of the student body
