2. Upon storage at Import breakdown area
until releasing process to the agent at
Import Gate, KLAS warehouse, KUL. There
is no irregularity and suspicious activity

1. Agent Nippon retrieved the said cargo at
Import Release Gate D and do piece
counting.

2. After piece counting by agent Nippon
found that 01pcs was damaged and
request for survey.

3. Survey process attended by KLAS Cargo
tracing staff named Mohd Syafiq bin
Mohd Zaini (s/n 5565). Agent Nippon
representative and witnessed by KLAS
security personnel on duty named SA
Aliudin bin Lamjad (s/n: 2403).

4. Upon inspection found that :

4.1) 3 Carton No 2207,2208 and 2222. Carton
No 2207 and 2208 outer packing dented. Inner
content unable to confirm. Carton No 2222
outer packing torn. After through checking
inner content No Damage and Complete.

FINDING:-

1. Shipment under MAWB: 160-3877 7233 declared as Consolidation arrived at KUL
Station via flight CX 729 / 23
rd
February 2013.

2. The said cargo (loose cartons) was arrived in good condition and no irregularity or
damaged report raised or reported.


3. Based on CCTV footage, shipment reported in good condition upon arrive / stored
until release to agent. No unlawful activity was reported.

4. Based on CCTV footage, there is no irregularity and suspicious activity reported upon
arrival of the said shipment in KLAS warehouse, KUL - upon storage at Import
breakdown area until releasing process to the agent Danzas (DHL vendor) at Import
Gate, KLAS warehouse, KUL. The said shipment handover to agent with clean receipt.
