especially at our *-.hour 6ance MarathonB Morale has a large part in
planning 6ance Marathon, which inclu"es lea"ing a (olor 3roup an"
facilitating &heme Hours an" (olor 3roup 1ars. One of our #iggest an" most
fun responsi#ilities is choreographing an" teaching the famous 234 Miracle
6anceB Outsi"e of 6ance Marathon, our responsi#ilities e)ten" to "e'eloping
relationships with team mem#ers, continuously #uil"ing morale "uring
meetings an" special e'ents, an" em#o"ying 234 Miracle5s core 'alue of
funB
Me%ia: &his committee is for stu"ents who hope to promote an" inspire 234
Miracle through their creati'ity. Mem#ers of the Me"ia (ommittee will play a
'ital role in the appearance of 234 Miracle in social me"ia graphics,
photography of e'ents, fun an" engaging 'i"eos, newsletters, maga0ine.type
pu#lications, a"'ertising materials, an" so on. 4ll of these a'enues are
necessary for not only promoting our organi0ation #ut also ser'ing as the
face of 234 MiracleI they are "irectly responsi#le for helping make our

>u"ine"" Relation": &his committee works to foster partnerships with
#usinesses an" organi0ations in the local community. 1e will spen" the year
'isiting #usinesses, #uil"ing relationships #etween 234 Miracle an" the local
community, an" planning e'ents to promote all things !or &he Di"s. 4 large
part of our time is spent #rainstorming new ways to get the campus an" the
community in'ol'e" with our cause all while ha'ing the time of our li'es.
)amil& Relation": &his committee e)ists for the purpose of maintaining an"
e)pan"ing the relationship #etween our organi0ation an" the families we
champion. !rom up"ating them on e'ents, to in'esting into the families at
6ance Marathon, committee mem#ers pro'i"e emotional support through
communication an" participation in the Miracle familiesK "aily li'es.
9tructurally, committee mem#ers pair up with another mem#er on the
committee an" #e matche" with their 'ery own Miracle family to champion.

Public Relation": Pu#lic elations reaches out to 'arious news sources in
the 4thens an" 4tlanta area to promote 234 Miracle. &his committee
#rainstorms for pu#lic relations campaigns throughout the year an"
colla#orates with other committees #y promoting their e'ents on 'arious
social me"ia platforms. /f you are creati'e, intereste" in pu#lic relations or
Journalism, or Just want to help with the promotion of 234 Miracle e'ents .

Re"taurant Relation": /f you like foo" ;an" let5s #e real, who "oesn5t8<,
then this is the committee for youB &his committee reaches out to local
restaurants to form partnerships with our organi0ation in or"er to get
"elicious foo" for all of the Miracle e'ents, especially 6ance Marathon. /n
a""ition, we plan all of the percentage nights, allowing opportunities for
Miracle mem#ers to eat "elicious foo" an" hang out with frien"s all while
raising money for the ki"s. Meetings will #e hel" twice a month in the fall an"
once a week as 6ance Marathon approaches.
?o"pital Relation": Hospital elations has the uni:ue opportunity to ser'e
(hil"renKs Healthcare of 4tlanta "irectly #y planning, organi0ing, an"
facilitating hospital 'isits an" theme" acti'ities. Our committee will work
each week to #ring the e)citement of 234 Miracle to the ki"s at (hil"renKs.
Our committee mem#ers will ha'e the opportunity to go on any of our ,*
9un"ay hospital 'isits.
)inance: &his committee is responsi#le for counting an" collecting monetary
"onations from #oth Aetter 1riting (ampaigns an" #usiness sponsorships.
Meetings will #e hel" at the "iscretion of the !inance 6irector as well as the
!inance (ommittee Aea"s an" will typically #e e'ery other week, #ut will
#ecome more fre:uent as 6ance Marathon approaches. 6uring 6ance
Marathon mem#ers will #e aske" to rotate an" ai" the !inance 6irector.
4ccounting an" !inance maJors are encourage" to apply, though the
committee is open to all maJors.
Member ;e,elopment: &his committee is a family of "i'erse 'isionaries,
which is essential in or"er to represent #oth a "i'erse organi0ation an"
campus. 1e communicate to the 2ni'ersity of 3eorgia the story of 234
Miracle. /n a""ition, we aim to in'ite people into our organi0ation an" launch
them into their own uni:ue opportunity within it. Our committee "oes this
through campus campaigns an" promoting 234 Miracle e'ents throughout
the year. 4s a mem#er "e'elopment committee mem#er, you will #e a part
of creating an en'ironment where mem#ers reach their fullest potential while

)un%rai"ing: &he primary goal of the !un"raising (ommittee is to positi'ely
impact 234 Miracle5s en".of.the.year total in a huge way. Our committee
puts on fun"raising e'ents throughout the year, works 9tegeman (oliseum
concessions, goes canning "owntown, hosts percentage nights, an" engages
in many more fun, creati'e ways to raise money !O &HE D/69B Our
fun"raising is focuse" on reaching out to our campus an" the entire
community of 4thens to raise awareness an" fun"s for (hil"ren5s Healthcare

Communit& 6utreach: (ommunity Outreach works with local 4thens an"
4tlanta area schools to engage high school stu"ents in supporting 234
Miracle an" gi'ing #ack to their local chil"ren5s hospital. &hrough mini "ance
marathons, e)citing school e'ents, an" interactions with Miracle chil"ren,
(ommunity Outreach seeks to champion our families, support our hospital,
an" engage our communities.
