each direction. &t has 2-lane toll pla%a with 34m wide promenade together with stateoftheart traffic
complete with concrete barriers. The bridge alignment is defined with vertical and hori%ontal curves. &t is a
cablestayed bridge with prestressed concretesteel viaducts on either side. The bridge shortens the
distance between the two suburbs that is Bandra in the !estern Suburbs of (umbai and !orli in South
(umbai, where the travelling time by normal road was 54 minutes now because of the Bandra!orli Sea
"ink you can cover the distance in 6 minutes. The bridge looks awesome especially at night.
