WEAVING DIVISION:
Ichalkaranji, the location of company weaving unit, is a regional
hub for weaving which caters to huge demand in domestic as
well as international market, and in order to capture share of the
above company have commissioned weaving division with 26
PROJECTILE & 48 AIRJET looms. Company is producing
very high quality of woven fabric in various qualities in coarse
& medium counts. The weaving plant is equipped with Luwa
humidification plant & the accessories are procured from
reputed European companies. High quality skilled professionals
are managing the division which has resulted in high quality
production of fabric.

Performance appraisal:
Business success depends upon how well an organization’s talent
pool synergizes with its business objective. A performance
management system builds a bridge between enterprise strategies
and employee execution, and creates a synergy between business
strategy and employee action, reducing cost at the same time.
The information system should record individual employee
performance appraisal data such as the data of the appraisal, scores
for each performance criteria, potential for promotion, and other
information to from a comprehensive overview of each employee.
The textual data relating to appraisals can be retained in paper from
and can be combined with the overview obtained from the Human
Resource Information System for training, transfer & promotion
process. It define clear performance target at the beginning of the
performance period so that manger can provide iterative feedback,
coaching, and development training to employee s throughout the
performance period.

Input data In this step information system receive data from the
customer. Customers do the inquiry for specific goods.

Process data After receiving the inquiry from the customer they
(quotation) make quotation as per demand of the customer.
Quotations contents are product name & quality,
amount, etc.
Decision making In this stage customer & company get the decision
(rate About the rate. If consumers agree with the company
negotiations) rate then process is further continued. If customers do
not agree with the company then data is again stored in
input data.
Process data After negotiation of the rate both the parties enter into
( contract entry) a contract. In this contract every rules & regulation is
mentioned about the product quality, amount,
payment rules, dispatch date, packing & transporting.
Process data After completing the production they start the product
(packing details) packing & they store every packing file. In packing
files there are the product quantities, product quantity in per
box & total boxes of specific product. This data is recorded
