After breakfast, depart at around 7.30 A.M for Cherrapunjee which was one the
wettest place on Earth passing through the enchanting cloud covered mountains.
Arrive Cherrapunjee and check-in at HOTEL HOTEL .
On time proceed for trek to Single Decker Living Root Bridge, 15 minutes walk
one way (Guide will be available only for the trekking part). Later, visit to the
KaKhohRamhah near India - Bangladesh Boarder, Mawsmai Cave, Eco Park,
Nohkalikai Falls, & Seven Sister Falls.
Meghalaya's double-decker and si ngl e-decker root bri dges si ngl e-decker root bri dges are unique in the
world and are a sight to behold. The bridges are tangles of massive thick roots,
which have been intertwined to form a bridge that can hold several people at a
time. Khasi people have been trained to grow these bridges across the raised
