RTCCD has redefned defnition of mental health in
Vietnamese to avoid discrimination of society (sc kho
tm tr instead of sc kho tm thn). Mental disorders
terminology was encouraged to use instead of mental
illness which includes psychotic and non-psychotic
disorders.
