In this document you will find a pro forma invoice for the Optimum BF20L milling
machine and all the possibilities to convert it to CNC. We also offer many optional
parts that are included in the summations for the total amounts. Please note its no
problem at all to pick the options you like and make your own summation, the
pricing will still be valid. Most clients will not need all offered options. So the given
summations can be seen as a maximum of what could be spent.
(Please note the conversion sets will also fit BF20L models from other suppliers like
HBM, but will need modification in order to fit the ballscrews, for the Optimum BF20L
its really just a bolt on, no machining required)

The CNC controller is made to the specifications that DamenCNC recommends, it uses
high end components and software and will give very good results. The RTR sets and
components used have a very good track record in terms of reliability.

This controller has integrated the USBCNC CPU v4.0. In combination with the 75V Power
supply and 8078 drivers, it has remarkable performance. USBCNC software is very user
friendly and also has a small CAM import package included. We recommend to use this
in combination with Qcad http://www.ribbonsoft.com/qcad.html
Its a simple 2D CAD package, which can be purchased directly from Qcad at a fraction
of the price of Autocad. (Around 50 EUR, including a book)

*Its also possible to build the BF20 in combination with smaller CNC controllers we have.
