The Concern & The Solution
There is uneven distribution of
resources and wide economic
differences in this World population
We dont recognise the problems of
underprivileged ones.
In all the race of making money,
Environment is the free resource
consumed by everybody whether
needed or not needed
Due to this enormous pressure on
Environment, it has been damaged very
badly and now very near to be collapsed
NGOs & Voluntary organisations did
some good work but that is too small an
amount for very large need
This is all because we are not fulfilling
our social and environmental
responsibilities
Engineering is a great tool to fill
economical gaps
Engineers are builder of this planet, so
most of the resources are used by them
Engineering has many tools to provide
better life and better environment with
economy
Mega scale projects have to be planned
and implemented to really achieve
sustainable and visible change
Model must freeze upper limit of profit
/ margin generation in all the operation
and demolish layers of intermediate
selling of one organisation to another

can be the solution to all of our

Charity through Engineering knowledge & research,
not limited to give consultancy but also manufacture /
construct products, implement & maintain solutions
and influence people
But charity will not come for free

We are committed to deliver our best services to
humanity and Eco-system with respect to any issues of
Engineering and its knowledge. We take this cause of
charity to fulfil purpose of engineering knowledge &
research for completion of certain projects pertaining
to humanity, underprivileged people and eco-system.

How?
EFACMSCSL will work on principles of co-operative societies
A co-operative society will be registered with Society Registrar of India under
the Societies Registration Act, 1860.

Earned money will be spent on Charity
No return on share capital
Each country will have a local chapter for local operations
Indian target of 13,000 members with global target of 75,000 members
Initially Founders will make working manuals & detailed business process
charts for day to day operations of society.
After formation of General Body, full business plan will be made
Open atmosphere, team work, democratic values and charity in heart are the
main governing factors in life of EFACMSCSL.
Use knowledge of every branch of engineering to device solutions for
better lives of underprivileged people and better eco-system
After achieving goals in initial 3 projects we will take more projects from every
branch of engineering
Management of EFACMSCSL will be done professionally & scientifically and
with accordance to business plans

Funding
Society will not accept any outside private donation or
Grants for completion of its mission. Society will earn
it through proper investment of share capital and funds
generated through operations & support businesses
Primary source of funding will be selling of Shares to
Society Members and inducted New Members
Secondary source of funding will be selling of products
and services to Government Projects & to other
organisations & individuals working for underprivileged
people and eco-system
Other sources of funding will be return on investments
of share capitals, bank & other institutional loans etc.
Also fund generated through direct selling of product
and services to underprivileged will give some support

Multipurpose Co-operative Society
We are forming this Multipurpose Co-operative Society
purely on Volunteering basis.
Anybody may join EFACMSCSL, even non-engineers may
join.
Politically Active Persons, Persons involved in Corruptions &
Fraud, Anti-social Elements, Mischievous, Persons indulged
in any other criminal activities will not be inducted as
members
No gender, disability, race, colour, language, religion, sect,
caste, political view, country or region etc matters to us. We
treat all equally.
A bookish definition
A volunteer cooperative is a cooperative that is run by
and for a network of volunteers, for the benefit of a
defined membership or the general public, to achieve
some goal.

Member Registration Process
Send an email to our id or send letter by post with your consent to
join the EFACMSCSL stating your purpose of joining and liking of
field of work
Attach fill-up form available along with verification documents.
Wait for our confirmation of your provisional membership and
status
Wait for authorisation to access to our main website, when you get
it, study and suggest & contribute for improvement
At-present, we are in process of registering the new members
After registration, you will be notified to purchase the share of
Society, for permanent membership, at-least INR`1000/- (16/- or
US$23/- approximately) of share is required on your name.
Students are to take initial Share value of INR`100/- (1.60/- or
US$2.30/- approximately). Balance share value will have to be
deposited when they got employment somewhere.
Now you become legal member of Society, work with it shoulder
to shoulder
