The JCI India Foundation earlier called as IJC Charitable Trust, is a trust
created to provide financial support for JCI India programs and activities.
The funds donated to the Foundation are invested in training, financial
help to school children who are economically deprived. To find the
talented children and help them pursue their studies is one of the programs
of JCI India. Through the Foundation, JCI India has been able to conduct
programs that have assisted community leaders around the country and
have helped to develop tomorrows leaders. Donations to the Foundation
remain in an interest-bearing account, and the interest generated on such
gifts is allotted for JCI India programs. Any member, former member
chapter, national organization, friend, philanthropist or corporation is
invited to donate to the JCI India Foundation.
Who ar e We ?
JCI India, formerly called as Indian Jaycees, is a worldwide federation of
young leaders and entrepreneurs. Junior Chamber is the worlds largest
youth organization with a mission to contribute to the advancement of the
global community by providing the opportunity for young people to
develop the leadership skills, entrepreneurship, social responsibility and
fellowship necessary to create positive change. JCI can be called an
organization of opportunities. The opportunities available within Junior
Chamber are so numerous that it could take a lifetime to grasp them all.
Members select those which cater to their particular needs and make the
most of them. It is the worlds largest youth organization.

H ow can I become a member ?
There are number of options available, depending on the level of
recognition you wish to give or donate you can choose the titles mentioned
below. The contributions towards these activities are exempted from
Section 80 G of Income Tax Act. All demand draft towards HGF, JFP and
JFM should be in favour of JCI India Foundation payable at Mumbai.

A Jaycee who is active member of a chapter and has contributed effectively
to the movement in India and who has been an active member of an active
chapter who contributes a sum of Rs. 2000/- along with the letter of
confirmation from his/her own LOM President, conferred with the Honor
of Henry Giessenbier Fellow by the National Governing Board.
The honoree will receive a pin and a certificate and will be eligible for the
special privileges of the JCI India Foundation.
J aycee Foundat i on Member J FM
Jaycee Foundation Member is the title of Honor awarded to any member of
JCI India or any individual or organization who believes in the principles
and policies of Junior Chamber movement and who donates an amount not
less than Rs. 5000/-. The name and address of the honoree shall be printed
in the JCI India Foundation Directory.
The honoree will receive a pin of Honor, colorful Photo ID card, a
certificate of Honour and will be eligible for the special privileges of the JCI
India Foundation. They shall be honored during the Zone Conference of
the respective Zone of JCI India.
J aycee Foundat i on D onor J FD
Jaycee Foundation Donor is the title of Honor awarded to any member of
JCI India or any individual or organization who believes in the principles
and policies of Junior Chamber movement and who donates an amount not
less than Rs. 10,000/-. The name and address of the honoree shall be printed
in the JCI India Foundation Directory.
The honoree will receive a pin of Honor, colorful Photo ID card, a
certificate of Honour, a foundation T-shirt and will be eligible for the
special privileges of the JCI India Foundation. They shall be honored
during the Zone Conference of the respective Zone of JCI India.
J aycee Foundat i on Pat r on J FP
Jaycee Foundation Patron is the title of Honor awarded to any member of
JCI India or any individual or organization who believes in the in the
principles and policies of Junior Chamber movement and who donates an
amount not less than Rs. 25000/-. The name and address of the honoree,
along with the photograph, shall be printed in the JCI India Foundation
Directory.
The honoree will receive pin of Honor, colorful Photo ID card, a plaque of
Honor, and will be eligible for the special privileges of the JCI India
Foundation. One child will be given with a Scholarship of Rs. 2000/- every
year in the name of the Honoree for 10 continuous years. They shall be
honored during the glittering felicitation ceremony at National Convention
of JCI India.
J aycee Foundat i on Fel l ow J FF
Jaycee Foundation Fellow is the title of Honor awarded to any member of
JCI India or any individual or organization who believes in the in the
principles and policies of Junior Chamber movement and who donates an
amount not less than Rs. 50000/- will be conferred with Honor as Jaycee
foundation Fellow. The name and address along with the photograph shall
be printed in the JCI India Foundation Directory.
The honoree will receive pin of Honor, colorful Photo ID card, a plaque of
Honor and will be eligible for the special privileges of the JCI India
Foundation. Two children will be given a Scholarship of Rs. 2000/- each
every year in the name of the Honoree for 10 continuous years. They shall
be honored during the glittering felicitation ceremony at JCI India National
Convention.
J aycee Foundat i on St ar J FS
Jaycee Foundation Star is the title of Honor awarded to any member of JCI
India or any individual or organization who believes in the in the
principles and policies of Junior Chamber movement and who donates an
amount not less than Rs. 1,00,000/- will be conferred with Honor as Jaycee
foundation Star. The name and address along with the photograph shall be
printed in the JCI India Foundation Directory.
The honoree will receive pin of Honor, colorful Photo ID card, a certificate
of Honor, a plaque of honor, a foundation tie and will be eligible for the
special privileges of the JCI India Foundation. Three children will be given
a Scholarship of Rs. 2000/- each every year in the name of the Honoree for
10 continuous years. They shall be honored during the glittering felicitation
ceremony at JCI India National Convention.

Jaycee Foundation Jewel is the title of Honor awarded to any member of
JCI India or any individual or organization who believes in the in the
principles and policies of Junior Chamber movement and who donates an
amount not less than Rs. 5,00,000/- will be conferred with Honor as Jaycee
foundation Jewel. The name and address along with the photograph shall
be printed in the JCI India Foundation Directory.
The honoree will receive a foundation blazer with year tag, a diamond pin
of Honor, free NATCON registration on the year and will be eligible for the
special privileges of the JCI India Foundation. Five children will be given a
Scholarship of Rs. 2000/- each every year in the name of the Honoree for 10
continuous years. They shall be honored during the glittering felicitation
ceremony at JCI India National Convention (NATCON).

Contributing to this fund gives you the opportunity to activity support the
programs of Junior Chamber International, and in so doing, repay the
organization for all that it has given to you. Participation in the Foundation
brings deep personal satisfaction that comes from the knowledge that you
have done your part to better our world.
Many individuals contribute to the Foundation, but chapters are also
eligible to participate, perhaps by honoring an outgoing president with a
Jaycee Foundation Member or Jaycee Foundation Patron donation, for
instance. The honoree receives the same recognition that an individual
donor would. Such a gift is an excellent way to thank an outstanding
chapter president or a member with a tribute to last a lifetime.
It is through programs sponsored by the Foundations development fund
that JCI India members are encouraged to identify their ambitions and
convert them into realistic goals for personal and community development.
It is up to individual members to prove day by day, hour by hour, that they
are the leaders of tomorrow. The foundation is dedicated to ensuring that
every member has that opportunity.
