8) A. Significant Accounting Polices

1. Fixed Assets are stated at the value at which the same has been taken over
from the erstwhile partnership.

2. Depreciation has been charged under the WDV method at the rates and
in the manner prescribed by Schedule XIV of the Companies Act, 1956.
on the value at which the assets were taken over.

3. Revenue recognition:
Lease charges and recoveries are recognised on accrual basis.
Interest on Deposits are on accrual basis

4. Earnings per share : The share capital comprises of Equity Shares.

Basic earnings per share is calculated and disclosed.

5. Accounting for taxes on income :

Deferred tax liability is not recognised on consideration of prudence and materiality

6.Related Party Transactions : are disclosed in the notes on Accounts
