Pros:
Involves no combustion
No carbon monoxide produced, including tar
No implications of bad breath
Absence in odors in clothing and hair
No staining on teeth and nails
Provides a coping mechanism

Cons:
No studies proven of no long-term side
effects.
Short-term effects similar to regular
cigarettes.
Not much scientific data to prove products
safety.
FDA has no regulations regarding products
safety.
Contains cancer-causing substances and
ingredients toxic to humans.
FDA found an antifreeze agent diethylene
glycol.
E-cigs also release pure nicotine vapor,
which can cause headaches, high blood
pressure, and heart arrthymia.
