GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY

Price:
The quoted prices are Ex-factory Odhav - Ahmedabad India basis. It does not include any packing & forwarding charges.
Payment:
50% advance by T.T with Confirm Purchase Order, and balance by T.T at the time of dispatch but before delivery.
Delivery: Within 3 to 5 Months after receiving the advance payment And Bottles Samples.
Insurance: The consignment is to be insured at your cost.
Validity: The enclosed offer is valid for thirty days only. There after, if required by you, a fresh offer shall be sent with revised
price.
Cancellation: In the case of cancellation of the order the security deposit will be forfeited.
Packing: Packing @ 3.5 % extra on the basic value of invoice.
Trial & Testing:
Trial and Testing of the machine will be done at our premises. Your technical representative shall be guided regarding the
operation of the machine free of cost. However, his To & Fro Ticket, Lodging and Boarding, local conveyance, any other
miscellaneous expenses shall be bone by you.
You should also arrange material for trial Bottles, caps as well as the liquid.
Erection & commissioning:
The quotation does not include any erection or commissioning charges of the machine at your premises. If required by you our
technical representative will be at your service at your cost, which include To & Fro Air Ticket to the nearest air port, Lodging
and Boarding, local conveyance, any other miscellaneous expenses for first two days in case our technical representative is
required to extend his stay beyond two days, from next day onwards, an amount of $ 250/- per day will be charged over
and above boarding, lodging and local conveyance expenses. You will ensure provision or raw material, skilled /unskilled
labor, electricity extra.

Warranty / Guarantee:
The machine is warranted on our ex-works basis for 12-month defect. This warranty does not include any electrical, electronic
parts from the date of dispatch of the machine for any manufacturing and consumables.
During the warranty period we shall provide supervisory service of our technical representative as and when required, without any
service charges. However, expenses towards to and fro air fare between nearest Airport at both destination and Boarding /Lodging
and local conveyance expenses of our technical representative will have to be borne by you.
Conditions of sale:
The quotation is also subject to our general conditions of sale, which will be sent to you at the time of confirmation of order.

Subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.
