Bio ag

TM
is an all-natural, environmentally safe probiotic additive for farm and garden use containing powerful microbes and their
metabolites.

Bio ag
TM
is made using SCD Probiotics Technology and the principles of benecial microorganism applied science. It is produced through a

Many household applications suggest the use of a spray bottle for application. Transfer the desired amount of the SCD Probiotics product
into a clean spray bottle and dilute according to instructions.
Tightly close the cap on the original SCD Probiotics bottle (this helps maintain the efcacy of the probiotics inside). Use the diluted
amount in the spray bottle within 3-4 days for maximum effectiveness.

Bio ag
TM
is a concentrate and should be diluted as directed below:

COMPOSTING APPLICATION GUIDE
Application: Dilution Ratio Dilution Example How to Use:
CROP AGRICULTURE
Composting 1: 50 1L per 1 cubic meter Stage 1 (Inoculation) Apply 1litre bio ag
TM
per 1 cubic metre compost feedstock
diluted in sufcient chlorine free water to get feedstock moisture to between 40-60%
slightly dryer than standard windrow composting. Make sure of adequate coverage by
spreading and mixing feedstock, using an atomizer type nozzle and a high-pressure
pump. Once feedstock has been adequately inoculated it should be heaped into
windrows and covered with a UV and water resistant poly-tarp or silage plastic and
weighed down with tyres. Large windrows should have M prole and smaller windrows
should have a at top and small dip or hollow in the middle. This assists condensation to
drip back into the pile. High internal temperatures drive moisture to the outside of the
pile and the above steps help get the condensate to drip into the pile rather than down
the sides. Good contact between the pile and the cover also help reduce moisture loss.
During the rst 2 days the pile can reach 65-70DC and after a week settles at 50-55DC
with the compost having a pH of around 3.5-4.5. This is the rst pasteurization step to
eliminate pathogens and weed seeds.
1L per 1 cubic meter Stage 2 (Turning and Re-spraying) After 4-6 weeks the piles are uncovered, spread
out, re-inoculated with 1litre bio ag
TM
per 1 cubic metre diluted in chlorine free water
till the correct moisture content and re-piled and recovered. The temperature spikes
again at around 65-70DC and settles for a longer period at 50-55DC with a pH of 3.5 to
4.5. This is the second pasteurization step that insures the outer layer of material from
the rst step is also pasteurized.
Stage 3 (Maturation and Storage)- After 8-12 weeks depending on the process control
and the particle size the temperature should come down and the pH should stabilize at
neutral. The piles should be left covered to mature and not allowed to dry out (moisture
above 40%). Ideally at least 8 weeks. The longer the maturation phase the higher the
Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC) of the nished product.
