February 2013 to Till Date: Team Leader Inventory, Network Comms, Thomson Reuters (Bangalore)

Leading Network comms Inventory team which owns the inventory of our comms services
including client, core, venue and Internal. Inventory is worth $500 million spread across different
sources and database.
Setting of goals for the team and ensure we are on track of deliverables through regular
assessment and inputs.
Engage with stake holders from within and outside of business unit to best align our resources
towards the common goal of customer delight.
Responsible for analyzing any kind of system development and working with MIS team to
complete it.
Connect with other counterparts in the group on a regular basis to analyze status of different
projects and engage team on measures to complete projects on time.
Supporting Finance team on Inventory data and reports. Working on vendor cost & inventory
reconciliation.
Conducting Team meeting, 121s and creating cross functional forums to facilitate knowledge

Processing the quote requests and work towards client pricing after internal benchmarking and
short listing of carriers
