subordinates work for them and largely do as
they are told
Gets his people from where they are to where
they have not been

Consistently keeps the employees busy and
urge them to produce
Is allocating resources , is planning and
budgeting
Builds team work, help employees with their
problems and provide psychological support
Is the authoritarian figure and maintains a low
level of emotional involvement in relationships
Provides purpose, direction and motivation to
accomplish a mission
Makes things in a proper manner and is a
decision maker
Is a good coach The dream of a manger is to be a good leader

Delegates tasks in order to implement new
procedures inside the organization
Focuses on people and then on tasks
