INTRODUCTION

The system proposed for KBC Quiz is a detailed project & is developed only after
considering all the user Administrator) and administration requirements & Problems so that
every user will find it useful for him. Overall performance of this project is good for all types
of users; this is all because of the following features of the project.


MAIN FEATURES OF THE PROJECT:

Automatic generation of questions. Itself by the application.
Administration staff needs not to worry about searching the questions. As when the
records needed, as there is a database is maintained in the application that takes care
of every single record.
It will ease the workload of the administration.
Reduces the use of paper up to a great extends.
A separate module for the maintenance of users, so that unauthorized cant access the
confidential information of the institution.
Provides better speeds-up processing data.
Reduces the use of clerical staff, only a single clerk can handle this project.
Quick generation of records helps administration to make fast planning; just to
improve the performance of the company.

FUTURE SCOPE:
Information administration management system for KBC Quiz for some specific requirement
of the administrator. This project has a wide scope in maintaining the records of participants,
personal details provided by the company and new rules introduced by the production house
and this application also supports to provide the information to the participants which is
necessary to keep up and keep the company up to date and stands in the high competitive
industry. Because the general file maintenance system for record under this type treatment
remains same for all travelling companies..
Its a single application that holds all the details of the participants records. It maintains
questions that are supposed to be raised to participants and as well as the admins and users
usernames and passwords information depending on the rules of the game. It also maintains
the participants profiles and the personal information. With this application an administrator
can easily insert, delete, update questions from time to time.
