EXECUTIVE SUMMARY .The present study was undertaken with such a task in mind and it aims at knowing the satisfaction level of the employees in G-ENG ADVISORY SERVICES that is prevalent in the organizations who sponsored this project work. Since organization exists to achieve success. The degree of success that individual employees have in reaching their individual goals is important in determining organizational effectiveness. The assessment of how successful employees have been at meeting their individual goals therefore becomes important. This leads us to the topic of JOB SATISFACTION. This project aims at knowing satisfaction to the employees from their job. In this project the work atmosphere and the factors of satisfaction provided by the organization has studied. It also aims at finding out the employees relationship with the management and their satisfaction level. This survey is done within the organization. The sample size is 50. The data was collected by administering questionnaire and by adopting direct personal contact method. The person met is all employees of the concern. Collection of data were analyzed and tabulated in a sequential manner and the interpretations are given along with the tabulations the conclusion and suggestions are also given in this report for the improvement of this system in the organization.
