STRENGTHS: Inquirer, as I research the things I dont understand until I feel like I have a firm grasp of what it is; Open-minded, because I have encountered many different cultures while living abroad, and very different points of view that I did not necessarily share, but that deserved recognition and respect; knowledgeable, I do well in class and understand most Daniela D. of the material. AREAS FOR GROWTH: Risk-taker, a lot of times I may have an idea but not act on it because it might not work out as I expect it to; balanced, as most of the time I focus too much on academics and not all other aspects. How might you show perseverance and commitment during your CAS programme? By setting myself good goals, and working toward them until January despite difficulties. By staying with the same activities despite any time or scheduling issues or despite not being immediately good at what I am doing.
What issues of global importance do you think you might encounter during your CAS programme? Some projects deal with poverty, homelessness, education, recycling and pollution.
What is an ethical implication of an action? It involves the repercussions an action might have, whether good or bad, for others and/or for the environment, taking into account all variables and people involved.
Discussing with students/ teachers who are aware of the CAS programme at BSQ; what activities do you think you might be interested in being involved in during your course? Dance, singing lessons, teaching English, yoga, piano lessons
Are there any new activities or projects you would like to start as part of your CAS programme? If so, what are they? To learn to play an instrument other than the piano, swimming, working with the sick or incapacitated.

What does collaboratively mean? Cooperating with others to achieve the same goal, each person inputting and contributing as much as others so that all the work does not rest on a single person.
What are some skills that allow a person to work collaboratively with others? Open-mindedness, integrity, good communication skills, tolerance, honesty, commitment.
