We thank you for your enquiry for Process Engineering of Two (2) LPG Storage
Spheres sent on 24

July 2014. We are pleased to submit our techno-commercial
offer as per terms listed below:
PART A TECHNICAL
1. Project:
The project involves complete FEED & Detail (process) engineering of Two (2)
LPG Storage Spheres along with associated equipment, piping, and
instrumentation.
2. Basis of Offer Preparation:
The offer is based on process engineering scope defined in below listed enquiry

The battery limit of the LPG Spheres is considered is upto bund wall (dike wall).

4. Scope of Work: (Process Engineering)
The scope of work is as per enquiry document with list of deliverable as per
section 5 below.

6. Exclusions & Assumptions:
LPG unloading & loading system with associated equipment.
LPG Pumps
LPG Vaporizers
LPG Compressor and Vapor Recovery System
Any LPG metering system on upstream/downstream side of bund wall
(dike wall)
Procurement support activities for scope under consideration. These will
include material requisitions, getting vendor offers, co-ordination with
vendors, evaluations of vendor offers (Technical Bid Evaluations),
Purchase Requisition (Including as purchased process data sheets),
review/checking/approval of final vendor documents/drawings.
Documents required for Statutory Approval will be prepared at extra cost
and schedule will be decided at later stage.
Any other document mentioned in section 5 above will be extra.
HAZOP participation at site/office is excluded. If it is to be
included, the cost will be as per following conditions.
It is assumed that all meetings will be in India in your or clients
office. The cost of travel (by flight), transportation, lodging, food,
etc., will have to be arranged by client at actuals. Additional
charge of such meetings will be Rs. 7000/day to be paid once the
meeting is finished.
Pre-commissioning/Commissioning Assistance at site.
As-built documentation is excluded.
7. SCOPE VARIATION:
In the event of variation / increase /re-work from the scope of work in
enquiry, the quoted service fees and terms will be subject to review and
mutual agreement.
8. SOFTWARES, CODES AND STANDARDS
The system design will be as per following codes and standards,

API 2510/2510A, NFPA 15/30/58, and OISD 144/158.
All PFD/PID will be produced in Autocad Drawings.
All calculations/process data sheets will be in Excel/Visual Basic Sheets.
All reports will be in word file.
Drawings/documents will be submitted for clients comments in PDF format.
Native files of all final drawings/documents will be submitted.
PART B: COMMERCIAL
1. SERVICE FEES:
Our service fees for the scope & terms as above will be Rs. 7,50,000/- (INR
Seven Lakhs and Fifty Thousand Only).
2. SERVICE TAX:
Service Tax, Surcharge, Cess etc. will be charged extra @ 12.36%, as applicable.
3. TERMS OF PAYMENT:
- 20% advance against work order
- 40% against FEED deliverables (on pro-rata basis)
- 30% against Detail Engineering deliverables (on pro-rata basis)
- 10% against final submission of documents
The offer is valid for 30 days.
The necessary invoices will be raised at appropriate stage of project on
submission of documents as above.
The preferred mode of transaction is electronic transfer.

4. Delivery Schedule:
It is assumed that all necessary inputs mentioned in PART A section 3 will be
available along with work order & during kick off meeting before start of work.
The FEED engineering will be complete within 10~12 weeks from date of
availability on inputs.
The Detail engineering will be complete within 12~14 after client approval on
FEED package.
It is assumed that client comments will made available within seven (7) working
days from date of submission.
It is assumed that all as purchased approved vendor drawings and documents,
piping model review comments, HAZOP recommendations will be available in
timely manner.
