Nkosinathi Current Bokgale
Current is the founder of Sizolethu risk management Gauteng province. He has 9 years
experience in fighting against crime in the business sector. Current gained his experience in
Shoprite and checkers group of companies in and outside R.S.A and developed a passion to
eradicate crime, especially within the various sectors of commerce and industry
Current has spent a significant amount of his time studying security, criminal justice
,investigation and loss control management.

Renias Masango
Masango who has 15 year investigation and security co-donator consultancy experience , leads
the formable team of investigators that has a good track record of gathering information
identifying and eradicating crime within the Shoprite and checkers business. He is disciplined
and has developed a high profile and earned the respect as a direct result of experience in
investigations, intelligence gathering and security consultancy and achieving the successfully
results that his employer have become accustomed to.

Mathipa has experience in business and public relations he worked as a risk manager in a

Senzile Thelma Bokhale
Thelma worked in the co-operate retail and hospitality sectors for 8 years and she spent her
most of time studying human resources and financial studies at Unisa and has used this good
practice ensuring that the company hires good quality of workers and is not running bankrupt.
She also brings to the company extensive experience and formulation of cooperate policy and
procedures. Accounting systems management, financial management, stock loss control,
productivity assessment. Payroll administration and development and functional testing to the
current company profile. With her vast experience in human resources and policies procedure,
she is currently managing financial of the company and sharing her knowledge and experience
in this field to ensure that accurate, specific and productive results to each and every clients
specific needs

Paul dorasamy
Paul is a pastor and has experience in business management both commercial and industrial he
is bringing his business management to the company and leading the team of loss control
managers. He is also in the fields such as Events management, quality assurance management
and logistics management.

Business Intelligence

Our multi-skilled agents are placed in organizations around the country with a specific brief
to infiltrate and successfully identify sources of loss and irregularities, thus providing our
clients with reliable information on which to make informed business decisions. We have
developed a solid network of informers in most areas of trade and industry which allows us
to rapidly validate information received. S.R.M undercover agents are individuals from
diverse backgrounds with both operational and professional experience.

Agents traditionally operate from within the workforce on a casual or semi-permanent
basis. This ensures that the agent outwardly appears to be a bona fide employee. All
aspects of the agents employment relationship are exactly the same as those of our clients
permanent staff.

Information gathered from the debriefing of agents is forwarded to the client on a weekly
basis, reflecting the progress of the investigation. The reports contain factual observations,
