    Please be informed that as per agreement of all 4

    Year students, the amount P592.77 (Five Hundred
    Ninety Two Point Seventy Seven pesos each student will be the budget allotted to be utilized for their
    upcoming Intramurals Activities.

    The following are the Itemization of this budget allotted:

    Dance Instructor (To teach the following: Cheer dance, Modern dance,
    Folk dance, Ballroom dance and Interpretative dance) P 3,500
    Props and Costumes P 3,000
    Search for Mr. and Ms. Intramurals (includes costumes to be worn by the Candidates:
    Production Outfit
    Swim wear
    Sports wear
    Formal attire (Gown and Modern Barong)

    And Accessories and makeup of the candidate
    Male Candidate P 2,500 + Female Candidate P 3000 P 5,500

    Other Events (Literary, board games and Ball games) P 300
    T-SHIRT with print (38 students x P 180) P 6840
    Foods (for Victory Ball) P 1,500
    Snacks (for players/contestants for 2 days) P200
    Miscellaneous P 500


    TOTAL: P 21, 340
    P 21,340/36= P 592.77
