SHIELD SUPER GEAR LUBE oil is an API GL-5 Multipurpose extreme
pressure EP gear lubricant exceeding the U.S. MIL-L-2105D, it is appropriate
for hypoid, spiral bevel fnal drives and limited slip axles operating under
severe loading and high torque cycles.
SHIELD SUPER GEAR LUBE oil is most suitable for manual transmissions,
intermediate gear boxes, manual steering gear box drives, diferentials
(including limited-slip ones), and power take-ofs found on motor
vehicles and commercial machinery.
SHIELD SUPER GEAR LUBE oil is meticulously blended with a selected
and balanced chemical additive package. It is characterised by:-

DESCRIPTION
SHIELD TCW III (FM) is low ash superior two cycle oil,
which is formulated to meet the critical requirements
of high performance, water cooled two stroke engine
oil. Dyed distinctively to aid in identifying its presence
in fuel/oil mixtures.

APPLICATIONS
SHIELD TCW III is recommended for use in horse power outboard boat engines and two-stroke

grade pre-diluted for easy mixing. It is added directly to the gasoline at a ratio of 50:1(fuel to oil ratio).
Should not used in any four-cycle engines.

SHIELD MARINE OIL 40 is a premium quality
lubricant having excellent performance
characteristics with a higher TBN level of 40 mg
KOH/g it is designed, specifcally, for medium
speed diesel engines burning residual fuels where
low lubricating oil consumption and/or high
Sulpher levels in fuels create a need for additional
alkalinity. This is required to maintain the minimum
equilibrium TBN levels prescribed by engine
manufacturers to ensure acceptable cylinder and
piston ring wear

Performance
SHIELD MARINE OIL 40 operates under severe conditions imposed by unusually low oil consumption,
very high Sulpher fuel or prolonged cold running, the equilibrium TBN level of the oil charge may drop
below the manufacturers recommended minimum. If this condition is not corrected undue cylinder
and piston ring wear may result. SHIELD marine Oil is designed to combat these conditions. It shares all
the characteristics of all other Oils in its class, but has additional TBN reserves.

SHIELD MULTIPURPOSE LITHIUM SOAP GREASE MP2 is a top quality lithium soap grease, suitable
for lubricating many types of mechanical equipments found in the automotive and commercial lines.
It is a multipurpose grease suitable for wheel bearings (up to 120C), linkages, chassis and other grease
points, for equipments operating under normal load conditions.
It has excellent resistance to oxidation and high shear stability and also good resistance to water
washing.
SHIELD MULTIPURPOSE LITHIUM SOAP GREASE MP2 is manufactured from highly refned base
oils, with anti-oxidant and anti-rust additives.
