Lindsey
We spent a long time working on her Personal Profle for her UK applications.
She began with 435 when she needed closer to 4000. After 4 iterations, she was
ready to submit.
Ming
Ming left in the afternoon of his orientation. I sent an email to reprimand him and
he was very apologetic. Two classes later, he fell asleep in class. I was sure to
ask him questions frst about the video we had been watching, which of course
he couldnt answer. I met with him after class about the implications of not taking
IUSPP seriously, particularly in regards to reference letters.
Fred
Fred also left the afternoon of his orientation. This is especially unusual
behaviour for him. I sent an email to reprimand him and he was very apologetic.
However, the following week he slept through two of his credit courses. I met with
him to discuss the seriousness of the situation.
Jake
Jake has decided not to apply after really struggling. I support this decision.
Eric
I am concerned that Eric has already missed two classes. He was late arriving to
the program and then he had a cold. I am unsure of how this is going to impact
his application.
Ken
Ken has fallen behind, in part because he missed a morning, and in part because
of a technical glitch with his application. For some reason it says that he has
already submitted an application. When you try to see the application in SSC, it
says null. After being on hold for over an hour with admissions, and leaving two
messages and not hearing back, I sent Ken to Brock Hall. They didnt know what
was wrong with his application. He is working on his PP questions while they try
to fgure out the problem.
Alex
Alex missed two sessions of workshops to go to the doctors. She is applying as
a mature student, as she took 5 years of of school due to illness.
Adrian
Adrian is a transfer student. It is an unusual situation because he is technically
still enrolled. We have prepared a statement about this.
Canni
Canni went through the British System. Technically she has still not graduated.
We are preparing a statement about this.
George & Leo
George and Leo have *fnally submitted the frst draft of their applications!
