The requirements for the Team project:

Instructions:
Students will select a conflict / situation in which the parties have been involved in some form of
business negotiation (!!! Do not select a negotiation that did not take place face-to-face !!!).
The teams should be formed of 2 or 3 students.
The paper should provide a histor of the conflict / situation and an analsis of the negotiations
associated with the conflict / situation.
This analsis should draw e!tensivel on the theories and empirical evidence covered in the
course.
The paper should then conclude with a critical assessment of the negotiation process to date"
including suggestions on how it might have been improved.
#t should be a ma!imum of $% pages (minimum & pages)" not including references.
The project must be sent by email to your seminar teacher (adinafilculescu@gmail.com) until
November 30th, 2012 at 23:5:5" the latest" and the printed version should be brought at the
seminar when ou are scheduled to present the pro'ect.
(ach paper should be presented at the seminars" according to the schedule communicated b
professor.

the negotiation" in the negotiation situation that ou selected)

the presentation of our pro'ect!!!)

what ou learned about negotiation)

At work) negotiations with our superiors" subordinates" and coworkers concerning a variet of
personal and professional issues. The ma be as minor as deciding who will make the ne!t pot of
coffee or as ma'or as the rating on our annual performance evaluation.

- The terms of our current emploment.
- /n automobile purchase contract or lease agreement.
- +our home mortgage or apartment rental agreement.

- / negotiation with a researcher who would like more space for her research" etc.

The writings are to be tped" single-spaced" with standard margins and fonts.
*lease note that each document needs to have a cover pa!e which includes at least the following

General rules and regulations:
The project must be sent by one member of your team by email to your seminar teacher
(adinafilculescu@gmail.com) before November 30th, 2011 23:5:5, and the printed version
should be brought at the seminar when ou are scheduled to present the pro'ect.
The name of the file sent should be the name of the person who sends the pro'ect)

supported" such as a medical emergenc that is documented b a detailed and signed doctor;s
report.
<ate papers and written assignments will be penali=ed. The late submission penalty is 1 point
per day" weekends included.
