    Judge Amacker's office is in receipt of your letter dated March 29, 2012. Please be advised
    Canon 3(A)(6) ofthe Code ofJudicial Conduct prohibits Judge Amacker from accepting ex parte
    communications. Any matters you want the Judge to address, must be raised by filing the proper
    motion, and setting the matter for hearing in open court. For these reasons, I am returning your
    letter.
