associated with the event, for all my liabilities, claims, actions or damages that I may have against them arising out of or in any way connected with my participation

Proceeds: Proceeds from the race will be used to award scholarships on race day! Eight of the
scholarships will be given to the top place finishers in each age group in the fun run. Three
scholarships will be given away as door prizes. Three additional scholarships will be awarded to the
teams with the most registered racers.
When: Saturday, September 20, 2014
Where: Renaissance at Colony Park The race will begin and end in the parking lot of the Renaissance.
Time: Race day registration/packet pick-up begins at 7:00am; Fun Run begins at 8:00am
5.29K Run/Walk begins at 9:00am
Cost: Run/Walk: $20 for preregistered racers (registration forms postmarked by September 13, 2014)
$25 registration, day of race.
Fun Run: $10 for preregistered racers (registration forms postmarked by September 13, 2014)
$15 registration, day of race.
Amenities: Race shirt, post-race refreshments and kids area with face painting and inflatables.
Awards: Run/Walk medals will be presented to the male and female overall Run/Walk winners as well as first
place in the following age groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Fun Run: All Fun Run finishers will receive a race day medal! The first place boy and girl in the
following age groups will receive a college scholarship through the MACS 529 plan:
5 & under, 6-7, 8-9, 10-12
MACS Mississippis 529 savings plan!
