)here will be two &ool stages. onsisting of 4 grou&s of 4 teams eah. )he to& two teams in eah grou& of the seond
&ool &hase will om&ete for the to& 1 &ositions. while the others for the bottom 1 &ositions. Cll mathes will be
&layed on a time basis. for the duration of 20 minutes. with the e8e&tion of the finals $format will de&end though on
the number of teams &artii&ating%.

mathes will be &layed on a time basis. for a duration of 20 minutes. with a 5 minutes warm7u&
'ah team will onsist of a ma8imum of 10 $ten% &layers. )here must be at @AA ti"es at least , .three0
wo"en on the ourt &laying.
-layers will be re;uired to &referably om&ete in a numbered and a&&ro&riately mathed oloured shirt

)he om&eting teams are re;uired to &rovide a om&etent linesman eah. and a seond offiial if re;uired.
'ah team is allowed 1 .one0 ti"e o!t per set $60seonds% in the non7timed mathes only.
)he "olleyball #lub reserves the right to amend the &rogramme and basi rules. )eams will be notified of
any hanges on the day of the tournament or sooner de&ending on when the hanges our. )he deision of
the referee is final with regards to &laying matters. )he deisions of the )ournament *rganiser with regards
to the event are final.
$b% Shedule
*n Saturday two &ool stages will be &layed. 9n the first one teams will be drawn into 4 grou&s of 4 teams
eah. Based on the results of the first &ool. teams will be divided into 4 new grou&s of 4 teams eah. 9n the
&ool stages mathes will last 20 minutes and the team with the highest number of &oints win the math. 9f
at the end of the time the teams have the same number of &oints. a final rally will be &layed to deide the
winner. 9n ase of draws in the grou& standing. the following riteria will be used(
1. -oints sored
2. -oints differene
6. 0esults between the tied teams. if the above riteria do not resolve the matter.
)he to& 2 teams of eah grou& in the seond &ool stage will om&ete for the to& 1 &ositions. while the
bottom 2 teams for &ositions between 5 and 16.
'ah team is guaranteed at least two mathes on Sunday to determine its final ran!ing.
)he third &lae final will be &layed as a single set to 25 &oints.
)he tournament final will onsist of a best of 6 sets math. eah set u& to 25 &oints.
-resentation of tro&hies and medals to winners and runners u& will ta!e &lae at the onlusion of the final
math.
