Introduction

These pre-plumbed Model 3239-series conductivity sensor assemblies are specifically designed for
high temperature/high pressure applications. They are rated for continuous duty at temperatures up
to 200C/Pressure upto 150 bar, for applications involving higher temperatures and/or pressures

Model 3239-series sensor assemblies may be used with any Bela instruments instrument.

Quality Construction

Wetted materials of construction for these assemblies include steel, 316 stainless steel,
polyetheretherketone (PEEK), and Fluorelastomer O-rings. In addition to their high temperature
and pressure properties, these materials provide excellent corrosion resistance.

Each sensor assembly includes an integral 5 meter long cable rated to 100C to handle
environments associated with boiler water monitoring applications. Interconnect cable is available
for longer wire runs between the sensor assembly and boiler water monitoring instrument.
