day of September 2014 Pembrokeshire County Council made an Order in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 4,

NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council intend, not less than seven
days from the date of this Notice, to make an order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The proposed order is necessary to enable carriageway resurfacing work to be carried out.
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic, other than
exempted vehicles, from proceeding along that section of the class III (C3007) road at Burton,
from its junction with the access to Jolly Sailor Public House, north east to its junction with
Church Road.
It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into force on
the 29
th
September 2014 and remain in force for a duration of approximately 5 days.
Alternative routes will be provided and signed accordingly, and vehicular access maintained to
affected properties located outside the works area. Pedestrian access will also be maintained.
Whilst the restrictions imposed by the Order are only expected to operate during the dates
specified, the Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 12 months as a contingency
should the work need to be rescheduled or consequential work required as a result of any

The County of Dyfed (Bush Hill and Ferry Lane, Pembroke and Pembroke Road, Pembroke
Dock) (Speed Limits) Order 1978 will be revoked insofar as it relates to the length of road

Valero, Pembroke Reinery requires a Reining Operations Shift Team Leader to be
responsible for the day to day safety, environmental, and business performance of the
Reining complex. The successful candidate will ensure the operation of the process units
is optimised whilst providing supervision of lead, ield and control operators. Supervision
includes setting expectations and follow up for safety, environmental, and business
performance, as well as technical advice and the development of the Team.
This is a 12 hour day and night rolling shift pattern position.
Reining industry or comparable industry operational knowledge is essential for this role.
Previous work experience as either a Team Leader or Supervisor is desired. Also desirable
would be:-
- Knowledge and experience of Health and Safety legislation, approval codes of

We are currently looking to fill the following position and can offer an excellent

Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor will be required to optimise the reliability of equipment
through supervising and initiating planned and unplanned maintenance activities
across all disciplines, in-line with company operating procedures. Responsible for
directing and supervises all Mechanical, Telecoms, Electrical & Instrument/Control
and Civil activities related to normal maintenance, major maintenance, shutdown
maintenance and modifications of the LNG Terminal, to ensure safe and reliable
operations in a cost effective manner.
You should preferably be degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, or an
equivalent and have served an apprenticeship. The successful candidate will have a
wide range of experience in some, or all, of the following areas: Mechanical,
Electrical, Instrument/Control, Civil, Insulation, Scaffolding, Painting and Telecom
maintenance in any of the following industries: Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, & Chemical.
Extensive experience in a Supervisory position is essential. Knowledge of SAP would
be advantageous.
