Members and encourage to work within inthe traditional lands known as

WHEREAS:The previous council have on many occasions have encouraged Chief Ominayak to get equipment for working in the Lubicon Lake
Nation Traditional Land Known as the teardrop.
AND WHEREAS:Cree Development Corporation or the Lubicon Lake Nation don't have any collateral what so ever
NOWTHEREFOREBE I T RESOLVEDTHAT:
1. As of J une 25/09 the new elected council Bryan Laboucan, George whitehead, Alphonse Ominayak, Troy Laboucan and Waiter
Whitehead fully endorse the recommendation and or mandate given to Chief Ominayak on purchasing, financing equipment
On his own along with his sons for the Lubicon LakeNation to work with on projects within the Lubicon LakeNation
Traditional lands.
2. All invoicing will be done by Cree Development Corporation on behalf of work done within Lubicon LakeNation Traditional Lands.
All the money made bythe equipment will go backtowards the equipment. All equipment is solely owned by Chief Ominayak g. Sons.
We the Council of the Lubicon LakeNation/Cree Development clearly understand that Chief Ominayak took all the risk so our
Members have something to work with.
3. Therefore be it resolved to all members, ToWhom I t May Concern, Oil & Gas, Forestry etc.
Let us be very clear that we are in full support as the Lubicon LakeNation Council of Chief Ominayak & Sons.
1. Havingtaken all the risk in financing equipment for members to work with.
2. All money made bythe equipment is the sole discretion of Chief Ominayak &Sons.
3. We commit to make sure all work within Lubicon LakeNation Traditional lands shall begiven priority to utilize this said equipment
