Tenderers are advised to visit the site and
acquaint themselves with the surroundings and
take any measurements deem necessary as no
claims will be accepted due to lack of knowledge
of the site.

Tenderers are to ensure that during the course of
works the inconvenience to third parties should
be very minimal and special care should be taken
to existing surroundings.
c
Tenderers shall provide all materials, labour and
plant required to execute the relative works.
d
Tenderers are informed that works on site may
be interrupted to allow for other works to be
undertaken by third parties.
e
All precautionary measures should be taken for
the whole works to be carried out in conformity
with the local national Health and Safety
Regulations. Any related fees to be borne by the
tenderer.

Any disposal of demolished / unwanted material
should be dumped in an approved dumping site
and any related fees to be borne by the tenderer.

Rates are to include for working by hand
including any double handling for removal or
providing of any materials, hoisting, lowering,
transporting and disposal.

Quantities shall be measured net and no
openings shall be deucted. Rates are to include
for all the waste and straight / circular work.

All works shall be measured net as laid. Rates
are to include for all waste, straight or raked
cutting, any pattern, fixing with sand / cement
(1:3) mortar and grouting of joints with approved
