Mr B.

Raj Mani Rao


I am B. Raj Mani Rao, a BA in Acc & Finance degree holder and currently pursuing MBA (majoring in Finance) at
local university. I have been teaching finance and management accounting related papers for the past 9 years.
Core areas are CAT, ACCA and AIA papers as well as other diploma and degree courses which are related to
accounting and finance. I have produced World prize and Malaysia prize winners in CAT and ACCA papers. My
strength is the ability to explain difficult matters into simple and understanding to students. I have personally
prepared notes and exam questions for various papers/subjects. I am always committed to whatever task I
accept in my line of duties. In short, I always have positive attitude towards work and life itself.

Mr Don Jerome
Don Jerome is a Chartered Company Secretary by profession, having concluded his ICSA in 2000. He also holds
a MSC in Finance with University of Leicester, UK. Jerome has over 20 years of working experience in the
banking industry, having served in both HSBC Bank and Alliance Bank. He was the Regional Head of Branch
Services and Operations of Alliance Bank, Southern Regional office and was involved in banking operations,
corporate law, human resource, before resigning to taking up a full time lecturing position at Citypro. He has
lectured the law, management and finance papers in ACCA in the past ten years. His in depth knowledge of the
subjects, coupled with his working experience, enables him to deliver his lectures effectively to his students. He
will definitely bring the students the advantages that they need to ace in their examinations. He also teaches in
Vietnam and Cambodia and is a much sought after lecturer.

Mr Low Chin Ann


Low Chin Ann is a member of ACCA and hold a Diploma in Computer Science. Academically, he has lectured for
professional examinations and degree programmes, both in Malaysia as well as internationally in Singapore,
Vietnam and Combodia specialising in taxation, auditing and management accounting related areas. In May
2007, he has presented auditing lectures to Vietnamese students during the visit by the Lord Mayor of the City of
London to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He is also involved in corporate training programmes for commercial
companies including Multinationals like British American Tobaccos as well as public sectors such as ILKAP
(Institut Latihan Kehakiman dan Perundangan). Low made remarkable achievement even in his own studies. He
achieved excellent results for his ACCA studies being six-times prize winners his ACCA papers (ACCA Papers
5(IT), 6(Audit), 10(Accounting), 11(Tax Planning) and Paper 12(Management Strategy)) and finally he was also
awarded the Top Affiliate for Dec 2000 scoring the highest total cumulative for his ACCA final module. A highly
responsible and dedicated lecturer, he definitely has proven track records and has help his students to become
prizewinners in their professional studies.

Ms Stephy Lim
Stephy Lim is an affiliate member of ACCA and has completed her ACCA studies at a very young age, she is a
highly dedicated and responsible lecturer with a pleasant personality. She has always been welcomed by
students for her easy to understand teaching approach. She is able to simplify the topics and make things clear
for students. She is the key lecturers for lecturing CAT paper T6 and T7 and ACCA Papers F2 and F5 in Kuala
Lumpur. Stehpy also teaches in Vietnam and has gain respects from many of her students for her dedication and
commitment.

Mr Yap Kok Wah


Yap Kok Wah, FCCA (Fellowship of Chartered Certified Accountants) has been lecturing for more than 25 years
in areas of accounting and finance. Besides Malaysia, Yap also lectures in Vietnam, Hong Kong, China and
Singapore. He has been teaching Financial Reporting ever since 1983, and various reputable lecturers in the
ACCA programme were his students. Apart from that, he is also the founder and principal of two colleges in
Johor Bahru. Yap, so humorous that every class is just like a show, also has a special technique for handling
computational and consolidation questions in the Accounting papers. Not forgetting, Accounting standards are
developing so rapidly but Yap always devote substantial time to update his lecture notes. It's disastrous to learn
out-of-date accounting standards, but Yap ensures you don't. Yap is also well-known amongst his students to
provide extra tutorial classes. He knows it very well, practice is the only way to assure your passing. Avoide
uncertainties in exams, learn with Yap and accrue for success from now.
