FAMILY

My family is composed of three members my mother Anna, Rolando my

brother and me.
My mother is blonde with curly hair, has brown eyes, is a teacher and
she works in a school in the town of Silvia in southern Colombia, she is
hardworking and she love animals, the animal that she likes most is a
parrot that we have in the house, its name is Petronio. She also loves
gardening and in her free time she grows her plants and housekeeping.
My brother Rolando is the youngest, is blond with brown eyes and a
small nose and plump, he is tall and thin, he likes going out with his
friends and sport he likes best is football. Currently he is doing fourth
year of architecture

walks in the mountains of the municipality, there can analy(e all
wildlife species present on the site, while breathing fresh air and

of activity is necessary for humans, because it helps to e)plore new
sensations that serve to have more self control. +he last time
participated in one of these activities was +imb,o Colombia in a park
called -Canopy S.uirrels- +his park is a forest that mainly o*ers hiking
and canopy, but also other activities such as hiking trails and some
water activities in the river that crosses the park.

Colombia is a modern nation with an infrastructure that takes advantage
of its natural resources and human capital to seduce tourists. $ecause of
its privileged location in the continent and the presence of its three
mountain ranges, the country meets its natural regions all tropical
environments/ glaciers, beaches, plains, mountains, #ungles and deserts.
$etween many destinations o*ered by Colombia, it is di0cult to decide.
1nowing them is an unforgettable adventure that undoubtedly will
remain imprinted on the memory. ts varied geography, its history, its
people and cultures have fascinated the world for centuries. Colombia is
recogni(ed worldwide for its e)cellent co*ee. 2uring the year, the
country celebrates many festivals and fairs typical o*ering visitors and
natives a wide o*er of tourist activities for all tastes.
Some of the most recogni(ed celebrations in Colombia are/ +he Carnival
of $arran.uilla which is a celebration of cumbias, Cali 3air which is
distinguished by the rumba, street party, dancing and most importantly
the salsa, the 3lower Show in Medell,n where Silleteros Parade is the
central and most important event, 4oly week processions in Popay5n
with a long tradition of over 677 years and Carnival of Pasto considered
the cultural event of signi8cant races.

Some people are longing for the pleasures of a good meal or a food that
evokes sensations rewarding them, good memories and unforgettable
moments of calm and comfort. %ating well gives one of the greatest
pleasures of the human, but the ob#ective pursued is that pleasure and
health care go together.
A balanced diet is composed of foods that provide ade.uate amounts of
all the nutrients we need for optimal health. A balanced diet depends on
a series of personal factors such as se), height, weight, age, activity we
do, climate and the environment in which we live.
+oday people have a special taste for eating fast foods that are
particularly attractive to young people. +his food is usually well
presented, tastes good, is cheap, can be eaten .uickly, anywhere and on
foot.
Children, youth and adults who consume these foods regularly can
ac.uire health problems such as overweight and obesity.
f the diet is done properly and it is complemented with a healthy
lifestyle, such as avoiding being overweight, not smoking, e)ercising,
avoiding a sedentary lifestyle, etc.., ncreases the .uality of life and
therefore health person. A balanced diet is the food that we take in our
daily lives.
GASTRONOMY IN POPAYAN
+he rich traditional dishes and ingredients Popay5n make it a uni.ue city
with signi8cant resources in the 8eld of gastronomy, which enabled
organi(e festivals and culinary events since 977:.
Some of the typical dishes are/
Sanchocho de gallina, tortilla soup, soup of carantanta, etc. n Popayan
you get all kind of restaurants when you can consume ground beef,
tripa(o, tamales and empanadas de pipi5n that are some of the mod
important traditions of Popayan;s meals. +he booths are the perfect
venue to sell cucas and blancmange. n Popayan dish highlights the
poinsettia or Christmas dish, whose content is the most complete of
Colombia, composed ho#aldras, donuts, sweet white man#arillo, fresh cut,
desamargados, among others.
+hus, this multifaceted city need not complain when it refers to typical
foods, since the places abound and people will continue to visit and
en#oy the delights of this cultural city.

+oday this career is taking a lot of importance because studies the
environmental reality which we keep for the life of future generations,
and saved forests variety of living things, plants, animals and other
resources necessary to produce o)ygen for the survival of all.
&e have land, water and air which are useful to the life of living beings,
elements that we must protect and preserve. My biggest wish is to work
in this 8eld to teach others the conservation of natural resources on the
planet.
n addition, the career train educators who are in the ability to conceive
the school as a space of creation and recreation of culture and
knowledge as a social construct, generating interpretations and
meanings in the educational e)perience. $esides teaching graduates
instill principles of physics, chemistry, biology and environment,
generate in students critical thinking processes that help them interact
with the world around them and to problemati(e their environment.
