softw are (and charge for this service if you w ish), that you receive source code or can get it
if you w ant it, that you can change the softw are or use pieces of it in new free program s;
and that you know you can do these things.
To protect your rights, w e need to m ake restrictions that forbid anyone to deny you these
rights or to ask you to surrender the rights. These restrictions translate to certain
responsibilities for you if you distribute copies of the softw are, or if you m odify it.
For exam ple, if you distribute copies of such a program , w hether gratis or for a fee, you
m ust give the recipients all the rights that you have. You m ust m ake sure that they, too,
receive or can get the source code. A nd you m ust show them these term s so they know
their rights.
W e protect your rights w ith tw o steps: (1) copyright the softw are, and (2) offer you this
license w hich gives you legal perm ission to copy, distribute and/or m odify the softw are.
A lso, for each author's protection and ours, w e w ant to m ake certain that everyone
understands that there is no w arranty for this free softw are. If the softw are is m odified by
som eone else and passed on, w e w ant its recipients to know that w hat they have is not the
original, so that any problem s introduced by others w ill not reflect on the original authors
reputations.
Finally, any free program is threatened constantly by softw are patents. W e w ish to avoid the
danger that redistributors of a free program w ill individually obtain patent licenses, in effect
m aking the program proprietary. To prevent this, w e have m ade it clear that any patent
m ust be licensed for everyone's free use or not licensed at all.
The precise term s and conditions for copying, distribution and m odification follow .
GNU General Public License
Terms and Conditions for Copying, Distribution and Modification
0. This License applies to any program or other w ork w hich contains a notice placed by the
copyright holder saying it m ay be distributed under the term s of this G eneral Public License.
The Program ,below , refers to any such program or w ork, and a w ork based on the
Program m eans either the Program or any derivative w ork under copyright law : that is to
say, a w ork containing the Program or a portion of it, either verbatim or w ith m odifications
and/or translated into another language. (H ereinafter, translation is included w ithout
lim itation in the term m odification.) Each licensee is addressed as you.

A ctivities other than copying, distribution and m odification are not covered by this License;
they are outside its scope. The act of running the Program is not restricted, and the output
from the Program is covered only if its contents constitute a w ork based on the Program
(independent of having been m ade by running the Program ). W hether that is true depends
on w hat the Program does.
1. You m ay copy and distribute verbatim copies of the Program 's source code as you receive
it, in any m edium , provided that you conspicuously and appropriately publish on each copy
an appropriate copyright notice and disclaim er of w arranty; keep intact all the notices that
refer to this License and to the absence of any w arranty; and give any other recipients of the
Program a copy of this License along w ith the Program .
You m ay charge a fee for the physical act of transferring a copy, and you m ay at your option
offer w arranty protection in exchange for a fee.
2. You m ay m odify your copy or copies of the Program or any portion of it, thus form ing a
w ork based on the Program , and copy and distribute such m odifications or w ork under the
term s of Section 1 above, provided that you also m eet all of these conditions:
a) You m ust cause the m odified files to carry prom inent notices stating that you
changed the files and the date of any change.
b) You m ust cause any w ork that you distribute or publish, that in w hole or in part
contains or is derived from the Program or any part thereof, to be licensed as a w hole at
no charge to all third parties under the term s of this License.
c) If the m odified program norm ally reads com m ands interactively w hen run, you m ust
cause it, w hen started running for such interactive use in the m ost ordinary w ay, to
print or display an announcem ent including an appropriate copyright notice and a
notice that there is no w arranty (or else, saying that you provide a w arranty) and that
users m ay redistribute the program under these conditions, and telling the user how to
view a copy of this License. (Exception: if the Program itself is interactive but does not
norm ally print such an announcem ent, your w ork based on the Program is not required
to print an announcem ent.)
These requirem ents apply to the m odified w ork as a w hole. If identifiable sections of that
w ork are not derived from the Program , and can be reasonably considered independent and
separate w orks in them selves, then this License, and its term s, do not apply to those
sections w hen you distribute them as separate w orks. But w hen you distribute the sam e
sections as part of a w hole w hich is a w ork based on the Program , the distribution of the
w hole m ust be on the term s of this License, w hose perm issions for other licensees extend to
the entire w hole, and thus to each and every part regardless of w ho w rote it.
Thus, it is not the intent of this section to claim rights or contest your rights to w ork w ritten
entirely by you; rather, the intent is to exercise the right to control the distribution of
derivative or collective w orks based on the Program .
In addition, m ere aggregation of another w ork not based on the Program w ith the Program
(or w ith a w ork based on the Program ) on a volum e of a storage or distribution m edium
does not bring the other w ork under the scope of this License.
3. You m ay copy and distribute the Program (or a w ork based on it, under Section 2) in
object code or executable form under the term s of Sections 1 and 2 above provided that
you also do one of the follow ing:
a) A ccom pany it w ith the com plete corresponding m achine-readable source code,
w hich m ust be distributed under the term s of Sections 1 and 2 above on a m edium
custom arily used for softw are interchange; or,
A ppendix C
Open Source Software Copyright Information
78
C opyright 2011, H arris C orporation
b) A ccom pany it w ith a w ritten offer, valid for at least three years, to give any third
party, for a charge no m ore than your cost of physically perform ing source distribution,
a com plete m achine-readable copy of the corresponding source code, to be distributed
under the term s of Sections 1 and 2 above on a m edium custom arily used for softw are
interchange; or,
c) A ccom pany it w ith the inform ation you received as to the offer to distribute
corresponding source code. (This alternative is allow ed only for noncom m ercial
distribution and only if you received the program in object code or executable form
w ith such an offer, in accord w ith Subsection b above.)
The source code for a w ork m eans the preferred form of the w ork for m aking m odifications
to it. For an executable w ork, com plete source code m eans all the source code for all
m odules it contains, plus any associated interface definition files, plus the scripts used to
control com pilation and installation of the executable. H ow ever, as a special exception, the
source code distributed need not include anything that is norm ally distributed (in either
source or binary form ) w ith the m ajor com ponents (com piler, kernel, and so on) of the
operating system on w hich the executable runs, unless that com ponent itself accom panies
the executable.
If distribution of executable or object code is m ade by offering access to copy from a
designated place, then offering equivalent access to copy the source code from the sam e
place counts as distribution of the source code, even though third parties are not com pelled
to copy the source along w ith the object code.
4. You m ay not copy, m odify, sublicense, or distribute the Program except as expressly
provided under this License. A ny attem pt otherw ise to copy, m odify, sublicense or distribute
the Program is void, and w ill autom atically term inate your rights under this License.
H ow ever, parties w ho have received copies, or rights, from you under this License w ill not
have their licenses term inated so long as such parties rem ain in full com pliance.
5. You are not required to accept this License, since you have not signed it. H ow ever,
nothing else grants you perm ission to m odify or distribute the Program or its derivative
w orks. These actions are prohibited by law if you do not accept this License. Therefore, by
m odifying or distributing the Program (or any w ork based on the Program ), you indicate
your acceptance of this License to do so, and all its term s and conditions for copying,
distributing or m odifying the Program or w orks based on it.
6. Each tim e you redistribute the Program (or any w ork based on the Program ), the recipient
autom atically receives a license from the original licensor to copy, distribute or m odify the
Program subject to these term s and conditions. You m ay not im pose any further restrictions
on the recipientsexercise of the rights granted herein. You are not responsible for enforcing
com pliance by third parties to this License.
7. If, as a consequence of a court judgm ent or allegation of patent infringem ent or for any
other reason (not lim ited to patent issues), conditions are im posed on you (w hether by
court order, agreem ent or otherw ise) that contradict the conditions of this License, they do
not excuse you from the conditions of this License. If you cannot distribute so as to satisfy
sim ultaneously your obligations under this License and any other pertinent obligations, then
as a consequence you m ay not distribute the Program at all. For exam ple, if a patent license
w ould not perm it royalty-free redistribution of the Program by all those w ho receive copies
directly or indirectly through you, then the only w ay you could satisfy both it and this
License w ould be to refrain entirely from distribution of the Program .
If any portion of this section is held invalid or unenforceable under any particular
circum stance, the balance of the section is intended to apply and the section as a w hole is
intended to apply in other circum stances.

It is not the purpose of this section to induce you to infringe any patents or other property
right claim s or to contest validity of any such claim s; this section has the sole purpose of
protecting the integrity of the free softw are distribution system , w hich is im plem ented by
public license practices. M any people have m ade generous contributions to the w ide range
of softw are distributed through that system in reliance on consistent application of that
system ; it is up to the author/donor to decide if he or she is w illing to distribute softw are
through any other system and a licensee cannot im pose that choice.
This section is intended to m ake thoroughly clear w hat is believed to be a consequence of
the rest of this License.
8. If the distribution and/or use of the Program is restricted in certain countries either by
patents or by copyrighted interfaces, the original copyright holder w ho places the Program
under this License m ay add an explicit geographical distribution lim itation excluding those
countries, so that distribution is perm itted only in or am ong countries not thus excluded. In
such case, this License incorporates the lim itation as if w ritten in the body of this License.
9. The Free Softw are Foundation m ay publish revised and/or new versions of the G eneral
Public License from tim e to tim e. Such new versions w ill be sim ilar in spirit to the present
version, but m ay differ in detail to address new problem s or concerns.
Each version is given a distinguishing version num ber. If the Program specifies a version
num ber of this License w hich applies to it and any later version, you have the option of
follow ing the term s and conditions either of that version or of any later version published by
the Free Softw are Foundation. If the Program does not specify a version num ber of this
License, you m ay choose any version ever published by the Free Softw are Foundation.
10. If you w ish to incorporate parts of the Program into other free program s w hose
distribution conditions are different, w rite to the author to ask for perm ission. For softw are
w hich is copyrighted by the Free Softw are Foundation, w rite to the Free Softw are
Foundation; w e som etim es m ake exceptions for this. O ur decision w ill be guided by the tw o
goals of preserving the free status of all derivatives of our free softw are and of prom oting
the sharing and reuse of softw are generally.

GNU Lesser General Public License
Version 2.1, February 1999
C opyright 1991, 1999 Free Softw are Foundation, Inc., 51 Franklin Street, Fifth Floor,
Boston, M A 02110-1301 U SA . Everyone is perm itted to copy and distribute verbatim copies
of this license docum ent, but changing it is not allow ed.
[This is the first released version of the Lesser G PL. It also counts as the successor of the
G N U Library Public License, version 2, hence the version num ber 2.1.]
Preamble
The licenses for m ost softw are are designed to take aw ay your freedom to share and
change it. By contrast, the G N U G eneral Public Licenses are intended to guarantee your
freedom to share and change free softw are--to m ake sure the softw are is free for all its
users.
This license, the Lesser G eneral Public License, applies to som e specially designated softw are
packages--typically libraries--of the Free Softw are Foundation and other authors w ho
decide to use it. You can use it too, but w e suggest you first think carefully about w hether
this license or the ordinary G eneral Public License is the better strategy to use in any
particular case, based on the explanations below .
W hen w e speak of free softw are, w e are referring to freedom of use, not price. O ur G eneral
Public Licenses are designed to m ake sure that you have the freedom to distribute copies of
free softw are (and charge for this service if you w ish); that you receive source code or can
get it if you w ant it; that you can change the softw are and use pieces of it in new free
program s; and that you are inform ed that you can do these things.
To protect your rights, w e need to m ake restrictions that forbid distributors to deny you
these rights or to ask you to surrender these rights. These restrictions translate to certain
responsibilities for you if you distribute copies of the library or if you m odify it.
For exam ple, if you distribute copies of the library, w hether gratis or for a fee, you m ust give
the recipients all the rights that w e gave you. You m ust m ake sure that they, too, receive or
can get the source code. If you link other code w ith the library, you m ust provide com plete
object files to the recipients, so that they can relink them w ith the library after m aking
changes to the library and recom piling it. A nd you m ust show them these term s so they
know their rights.
W e protect your rights w ith a tw o-step m ethod: (1) w e copyright the library, and (2) w e
offer you this license, w hich gives you legal perm ission to copy, distribute and/or m odify the
library.

To protect each distributor, w e w ant to m ake it very clear that there is no w arranty for the
free library. A lso, if the library is m odified by som eone else and passed on, the recipients
should know that w hat they have is not the original version, so that the original authors
reputation w ill not be affected by problem s that m ight be introduced by others.
Finally, softw are patents pose a constant threat to the existence of any free program . W e
w ish to m ake sure that a com pany cannot effectively restrict the users of a free program by
obtaining a restrictive license from a patent holder. Therefore, w e insist that any patent
license obtained for a version of the library m ust be consistent w ith the full freedom of use
specified in this license.
M ost G N U softw are, including som e libraries, is covered by the ordinary G N U G eneral Public
License. This license, the G N U Lesser G eneral Public License, applies to certain designated
libraries, and is quite different from the ordinary G eneral Public License. W e use this license
for certain libraries in order to perm it linking those libraries into non-free program s.
W hen a program is linked w ith a library, w hether statically or using a shared library, the
com bination of the tw o is legally speaking a com bined w ork, a derivative of the original
library. The ordinary G eneral Public License therefore perm its such linking only if the entire
com bination fits its criteria of freedom . The Lesser G eneral Public License perm its m ore lax
criteria for linking other code w ith the library.
W e call this license the LesserG eneral Public License because it does Less to protect the
users freedom than the ordinary G eneral Public License. It also provides other free softw are
developers Less of an advantage over com peting non-free program s. These disadvantages
are the reason w e use the ordinary G eneral Public License for m any libraries. H ow ever, the
Lesser license provides advantages in certain special circum stances.
For exam ple, on rare occasions, there m ay be a special need to encourage the w idest
possible use of a certain library, so that it becom es a de-facto standard. To achieve this,
non-free program s m ust be allow ed to use the library. A m ore frequent case is that a free
library does the sam e job as w idely used non-free libraries. In this case, there is little to gain
by lim iting the free library to free softw are only, so w e use the Lesser G eneral Public License.
In other cases, perm ission to use a particular library in non-free program s enables a greater
num ber of people to use a large body of free softw are. For exam ple, perm ission to use the
G N U C Library in non-free program s enables m any m ore people to use the w hole G N U
operating system , as w ell as its variant, the G N U /Linux operating system .
A lthough the Lesser G eneral Public License is Less protective of the usersfreedom , it does
ensure that the user of a program that is linked w ith the Library has the freedom and the
w herew ithal to run that program using a m odified version of the Library.
The precise term s and conditions for copying, distribution and m odification follow . Pay
close attention to the difference betw een a w ork based on the libraryand a w ork that
uses the library. The form er contains code derived from the library, w hereas the latter m ust
be com bined w ith the library in order to run.

GNU Lesser General Public License
Terms and Conditions for Copying, Distribution and Modification
0. This License A greem ent applies to any softw are library or other program w hich contains a
notice placed by the copyright holder or other authorized party saying it m ay be distributed
under the term s of this Lesser G eneral Public License (also called this License). Each
licensee is addressed as you.
A librarym eans a collection of softw are functions and/or data prepared so as to be
conveniently linked w ith application program s (w hich use som e of those functions and
data) to form executables.
The Library, below , refers to any such softw are library or w ork w hich has been distributed
under these term s. A w ork based on the Librarym eans either the Library or any derivative
w ork under copyright law : that is to say, a w ork containing the Library or a portion of it,
either verbatim or w ith m odifications and/or translated straightforw ardly into another
language. (H ereinafter, translation is included w ithout lim itation in the term
m odification.)
Source codefor a w ork m eans the preferred form of the w ork for m aking m odifications
to it. For a library, com plete source code m eans all the source code for all m odules it
contains, plus any associated interface definition files, plus the scripts used to control
com pilation and installation of the library.
A ctivities other than copying, distribution and m odification are not covered by this License;
they are outside its scope. The act of running a program using the Library is not restricted,
and output from such a program is covered only if its contents constitute a w ork based on
the Library (independent of the use of the Library in a tool for w riting it). W hether that is
true depends on w hat the Library does and w hat the program that uses the Library does.
1. You m ay copy and distribute verbatim copies of the Librarys com plete source code as you
receive it, in any m edium , provided that you conspicuously and appropriately publish on
each copy an appropriate copyright notice and disclaim er of w arranty; keep intact all the
notices that refer to this License and to the absence of any w arranty; and distribute a copy
of this License along w ith the Library.
You m ay charge a fee for the physical act of transferring a copy, and you m ay at your option
offer w arranty protection in exchange for a fee.
2. You m ay m odify your copy or copies of the Library or any portion of it, thus form ing a
w ork based on the Library, and copy and distribute such m odifications or w ork under the
term s of Section 1 above, provided that you also m eet all of these conditions:
a) The m odified w ork m ust itself be a softw are library.
b) You m ust cause the files m odified to carry prom inent notices stating that you
changed the files and the date of any change.
c) You m ust cause the w hole of the w ork to be licensed at no charge to all third parties
under the term s of this License.
VSG -401
Installation and Operation Manual
83
C opyright 2011, H arris C orporation
d) If a facility in the m odified Library refers to a function or a table of data to be
supplied by an application program that uses the facility, other than as an argum ent
passed w hen the facility is invoked, then you m ust m ake a good faith effort to ensure
that, in the event an application does not supply such function or table, the facility still
operates, and perform s w hatever part of its purpose rem ains m eaningful.
(For exam ple, a function in a library to com pute square roots has a purpose that is
entirely w ell-defined independent of the application. Therefore, Subsection 2d requires
that any application-supplied function or table used by this function m ust be optional:
if the application does not supply it, the square root function m ust still com pute square
roots.)
These requirem ents apply to the m odified w ork as a w hole. If identifiable sections of that
w ork are not derived from the Library, and can be reasonably considered independent and
separate w orks in them selves, then this License, and its term s, do not apply to those
sections w hen you distribute them as separate w orks. But w hen you distribute the sam e
sections as part of a w hole w hich is a w ork based on the Library, the distribution of the
w hole m ust be on the term s of this License, w hose perm issions for other licensees extend to
the entire w hole, and thus to each and every part regardless of w ho w rote it.
Thus, it is not the intent of this section to claim rights or contest your rights to w ork w ritten
entirely by you; rather, the intent is to exercise the right to control the distribution of
derivative or collective w orks based on the Library.
In addition, m ere aggregation of another w ork not based on the Library w ith the Library (or
w ith a w ork based on the Library) on a volum e of a storage or distribution m edium does not
bring the other w ork under the scope of this License.
3. You m ay opt to apply the term s of the ordinary G N U G eneral Public License instead of
this License to a given copy of the Library. To do this, you m ust alter all the notices that refer
to this License, so that they refer to the ordinary G N U G eneral Public License, version 2,
instead of to this License. (If a new er version than version 2 of the ordinary G N U G eneral
Public License has appeared, then you can specify that version instead if you w ish.) D o not
m ake any other change in these notices.
O nce this change is m ade in a given copy, it is irreversible for that copy, so the ordinary G N U
G eneral Public License applies to all subsequent copies and derivative w orks m ade from that
copy.
This option is useful w hen you w ish to copy part of the code of the Library into a program
that is not a library.
4. You m ay copy and distribute the Library (or a portion or derivative of it, under Section 2)
in object code or executable form under the term s of Sections 1 and 2 above provided that
you accom pany it w ith the com plete corresponding m achine-readable source code, w hich
m ust be distributed under the term s of Sections 1 and 2 above on a m edium custom arily
used for softw are interchange.
If distribution of object code is m ade by offering access to copy from a designated place,
then offering equivalent access to copy the source code from the sam e place satisfies the
requirem ent to distribute the source code, even though third parties are not com pelled to
copy the source along w ith the object code.
5. A program that contains no derivative of any portion of the Library, but is designed to
w ork w ith the Library by being com piled or linked w ith it, is called a w ork that uses the
Library.Such a w ork, in isolation, is not a derivative w ork of the Library, and therefore falls
outside the scope of this License.
A ppendix C

H ow ever, linking a w ork that uses the Libraryw ith the Library creates an executable that
is a derivative of the Library (because it contains portions of the Library), rather than a
w ork that uses the library. The executable is therefore covered by this License. Section 6
states term s for distribution of such executables.
W hen a w ork that uses the Libraryuses m aterial from a header file that is part of the
Library, the object code for the w ork m ay be a derivative w ork of the Library even though
the source code is not. W hether this is true is especially significant if the w ork can be linked
w ithout the Library, or if the w ork is itself a library. The threshold for this to be true is not
precisely defined by law .
If such an object file uses only num erical param eters, data structure layouts and accessors,
and sm all m acros and sm all inline functions (ten lines or less in length), then the use of the
object file is unrestricted, regardless of w hether it is legally a derivative w ork. (Executables
containing this object code plus portions of the Library w ill still fall under Section 6.)
O therw ise, if the w ork is a derivative of the Library, you m ay distribute the object code for
the w ork under the term s of Section 6. A ny executables containing that w ork also fall under
Section 6, w hether or not they are linked directly w ith the Library itself.
6. A s an exception to the Sections above, you m ay also com bine or link a w ork that uses
the Libraryw ith the Library to produce a w ork containing portions of the Library, and
distribute that w ork under term s of your choice, provided that the term s perm it
m odification of the w ork for the custom ers ow n use and reverse engineering for
debugging such m odifications.
You m ust give prom inent notice w ith each copy of the w ork that the Library is used in it and
that the Library and its use are covered by this License. You m ust supply a copy of this
License. If the w ork during execution displays copyright notices, you m ust include the
copyright notice for the Library am ong them , as w ell as a reference directing the user to the
copy of this License. A lso, you m ust do one of these things:
a) A ccom pany the w ork w ith the com plete corresponding m achine-readable source
code for the Library including w hatever changes w ere used in the w ork (w hich m ust be
distributed under Sections 1 and 2 above); and, if the w ork is an executable linked w ith
the Library, w ith the com plete m achine-readable w ork that uses the Library,as object
code and/or source code, so that the user can m odify the Library and then relink to
produce a m odified executable containing the m odified Library. (It is understood that
the user w ho changes the contents of definitions files in the Library w ill not necessarily
be able to recom pile the application to use the m odified definitions.)
b) U se a suitable shared library m echanism for linking w ith the Library. A suitable
m echanism is one that (1) uses at run tim e a copy of the library already present on the
users com puter system , rather than copying library functions into the executable, and
(2) w ill operate properly w ith a m odified version of the library, if the user installs one, as
long as the m odified version is interface-com patible w ith the version that the w ork w as
m ade w ith.
c) A ccom pany the w ork w ith a w ritten offer, valid for at least three years, to give the
sam e user the m aterials specified in Subsection 6a, above, for a charge no m ore than
the cost of perform ing this distribution.
d) If distribution of the w ork is m ade by offering access to copy from a designated
place, offer equivalent access to copy the above specified m aterials from the sam e
place.
e) Verify that the user has already received a copy of these m aterials or that you have
already sent this user a copy.

Installation and Operation Manual

C opyright 2011, H arris C orporation
For an executable, the required form of the w ork that uses the Librarym ust include any
data and utility program s needed for reproducing the executable from it. H ow ever, as a
special exception, the m aterials to be distributed need not include anything that is norm ally
distributed (in either source or binary form ) w ith the m ajor com ponents (com piler, kernel,
and so on) of the operating system on w hich the executable runs, unless that com ponent
itself accom panies the executable.
It m ay happen that this requirem ent contradicts the license restrictions of other proprietary
libraries that do not norm ally accom pany the operating system . Such a contradiction m eans
you cannot use both them and the Library together in an executable that you distribute.
7. You m ay place library facilities that are a w ork based on the Library side-by-side in a
single library together w ith other library facilities not covered by this License, and distribute
such a com bined library, provided that the separate distribution of the w ork based on the
Library and of the other library facilities is otherw ise perm itted, and provided that you do
these tw o things:
a) A ccom pany the com bined library w ith a copy of the sam e w ork based on the Library,
uncom bined w ith any other library facilities. This m ust be distributed under the term s of
the Sections above.
b) G ive prom inent notice w ith the com bined library of the fact that part of it is a w ork
based on the Library, and explaining w here to find the accom panying uncom bined
form of the sam e w ork.
8. You m ay not copy, m odify, sublicense, link w ith, or distribute the Library except as
expressly provided under this License. A ny attem pt otherw ise to copy, m odify, sublicense,
link w ith, or distribute the Library is void, and w ill autom atically term inate your rights under
this License. H ow ever, parties w ho have received copies, or rights, from you under this
License w ill not have their licenses term inated so long as such parties rem ain in full
com pliance.
9. You are not required to accept this License, since you have not signed it. H ow ever, nothing
else grants you perm ission to m odify or distribute the Library or its derivative w orks. These
actions are prohibited by law if you do not accept this License. Therefore, by m odifying or
distributing the Library (or any w ork based on the Library), you indicate your acceptance of
this License to do so, and all its term s and conditions for copying, distributing or m odifying
the Library or w orks based on it.
10. Each tim e you redistribute the Library (or any w ork based on the Library), the recipient
autom atically receives a license from the original licensor to copy, distribute, link w ith or
m odify the Library subject to these term s and conditions. You m ay not im pose any further
restrictions on the recipientsexercise of the rights granted herein. You are not responsible
for enforcing com pliance by third parties w ith this License.
If you cannot distribute so as to satisfy
sim ultaneously your obligations under this License and any other pertinent obligations, then
as a consequence you m ay not distribute the Library at all. For exam ple, if a patent license
w ould not perm it royalty-free redistribution of the Library by all those w ho receive copies
directly or indirectly through you, then the only w ay you could satisfy both it and this
License w ould be to refrain entirely from distribution of the Library.
If any portion of this section is held invalid or unenforceable under any particular
circum stance, the balance of the section is intended to apply, and the section as a w hole is
intended to apply in other circum stances.

This section is intended to m ake thoroughly clear w hat is believed to be a consequence of
the rest of this License.
12. If the distribution and/or use of the Library is restricted in certain countries either by
patents or by copyrighted interfaces, the original copyright holder w ho places the Library

Each version is given a distinguishing version num ber. If the Library specifies a version
num ber of this License w hich applies to it and any later version, you have the option of
follow ing the term s and conditions either of that version or of any later version published by
the Free Softw are Foundation. If the Library does not specify a license version num ber, you

perm ission. For softw are w hich is copyrighted by the Free Softw are Foundation, w rite to the
