inconvenient to airport operation

Meb had notified GCEC that MSB shall be VO to the Mobilazation of kitlite
contract. Meb is awaiting acknowledgement from GCEC expected on 23/12/09 in
T&C completed with comment on echo phenomenon in anticipation that balance
