Mhen &M" operator provides transit functionality to other networ# operators- in this case the operator is servin as an

is not enouh- and needs to be increased.

Mith &mmediate messain the sender e(pects immediate messae delivery in what is perceived as real time. &mmediate
messain allows the e(chane of any type of multimedia content- now the immediate messain services are widely
used both in the wired and wireless environment. &f the immediate messain success rate is very low- it will impact on
the satisfactory of user and service providers. "o it is necessary to evaluate immediate messain success rate
performance provided by &M".

"ometimes unsuccessful session establishment is caused by user$s own behaviour which has nothin to do with networ#
performance. Therefore the user behaviour factors should be e(cluded to evaluate the real networ# session
establishment success rate. This %P& is focusin on networ# view different from the %P&- session establishment success
rate. Therefore the measurements on the number of release before rinin- 32 not found- 32 address incomplete and
32 busy should be e(cluded from the failed measurements. This %P& is helpful to evaluate the real networ# session
establishment success rate.
